Thom and Lyn Braun are the proud owners of SERVPRO of West Seneca/Lancaster.
With backgrounds in general construction and management they have great passion for their business and the Western New York Community.
Their favorite part about SERVPRO is the opportunity to help those in times of crisis.
Thom enjoys golfing and Lyn is a CrossFit enthusiast as well as President of The Lake Erie Seaway Trail.Travis Braun, Operations Manager
Travis has been a part of SERVPRO since before he could even drive the trucks, during his school summer vacations. His field experience has now made his office and estimating work even more enjoyable. That along with continued education has given him the tools he needs to succeed. His favorite part of SERVPRO is bringing the industry knowledge and technological advancement to their customers.

Chris began with SERVPRO in 2003 as a Technician Assistant and is now the Production Manager / Estimator. Through the years Chris has seen a little bit of everything. Moving through the ranks has provided Chris with knowledge from all aspects of the industry. His favorite part of working for SERVPRO is the opportunity to problem solve and overcome the challenges presented in each job to maintain customer trust and satisfaction. Chris enjoys music, hiking with his dog, and any free time he can spend at the beach.
Dan Duggan, Construction Manager
Dan has been with at SERVPRO since 2012. He has over 20 years experience in residential and commercial remodeling. Dan and his crew handle the rebuild end of a loss. It is very gratifying working on a customer's home to make it "Like it never even happened."
In his free time he likes to play golf, volleyball, and bowling. Dan also enjoys camping with his family and dog, Toby.

Dan started with SERVPRO in 2020, bringing years of enterprise-level sales and marketing experience to the company. He's passionate about connecting SERVPRO with people in need and making sure that we do everything we can to help.
When he's not working, he's out walking with his two dogs, Ziti and Homer.
