Laura Johnson
Laura is from Middletown, NY. She is one of the owners of SERVPRO of Orange, Sullivan & S. Ulster Counties. Laura has been working at SERVPRO for what seems forever being that she was born into the business with her parents being the previous owners. Laura oversees the day-to-day administrative staff and management staff for all emergency services. She handles everyone with care and respect. She treats homeowner’s homes like they are her own and considers everything. Laura is ready to help people 24/7 365.
Brittany Johnson
Brittany is from Middletown, NY. She is an owner alongside her sister Laura and the Marketing Manager here at SERVPRO of Orange, Sullivan & S. Ulster Counties. Together they were born and raised in this business. Brittany has been working at SERVPRO her whole life. She oversees the administrative work and the marketing department. Brittany is out making sure that people know SERVPRO, what we do, and that we are here to help. Brittany is outgoing and respectful. She handles everyone with care. Brittany constantly supports any business and their events at any chance she gets.
Rita Blood
Rita is from Philadelphia, PA but currently resides in Middletown, NY. Rita is an Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO of Orange, Sullivan, & S. Ulster Counties. Rita helps the Accounting Department, mailing invoices, and handling phone calls. Rita is here to lend a helping hand wherever needed. She is also the SERVPRO Cookie Lady. She makes over 5,000 cookies every December to hand out to our amazing clients and customers!
Richard Blood
Richard is from Philadelphia, PA but currently resides in Middletown, NY. Richard is the Warehouse Manager at SERVPRO of Orange, Sullivan & S. Ulster Counties. Richard helps keep the trucks and the warehouse in working order. He also keeps everything organized so our crews can handle their job without having to worry about where their tools are.
Natalie Cordero
Natalie is our Administrative Assistant here at SERVPRO of Orange, Sullivan & S. Ulster Counties. She has been residing in Middletown, NY since she was eight years old, making her familiar with the area. Natalie started in September 2022 but comes from years of previous customer service experience and she has done work with property management companies. She is prepared to ensure our customers’ needs are being met with care and respect!
Bryanna Velez
Bryanna is from The Bronx, NY but moved up to Newburgh, NY during her childhood years. She is the Marketing Support Coordinator at SERVPRO of Orange, Sullivan & S. Ulster Counties. Bryanna just started at SERVPRO in May 2022, after graduating from the University at Albany with a bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing & Finance. She will oversee and contribute to social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and even the company website. Bryanna loves to help others and hopes to help people become more aware of SERVPRO and what we do because we are one team, here to help others.
Bob Charles
Bob is from The Bronx, NY but has been residing in Monroe, NY for quite some time. He has been the Mold Supervisor at SERVPRO of Orange, Sullivan & S. Ulster Counties since December 2021. Bob makes sure all mold jobs are handled from beginning to end with care and dedication. Having previously owned his SERVPRO franchise in previous years, Bob is highly educated on all things SERVPRO and is the go-to guy with any and every question. He is great at helping others and teaching us more about SERVPRO based on his experience.
Nick Balcerak
Nick is from Rochester, NY but has resided in Maybrook, NY for a few years. He has been a Water Manager at SERVPRO of Orange, Sullivan & S. Ulster Counties since March 2018. Before SERVPRO, he had experience with contracting. Nick is very caring and sweet and always here to help!
Daniela Hernandez
Daniela was born in Colombia but has been residing in New York majority of her life. She started in August 2022 and is the Fire Production Manager here at SERVPRO of Orange, Sullivan & S. Ulster Counties. Coming from years of customer service experience, Daniela knows how to handle customers with respect and compassion in difficult times. She is also bilingual, which is extremely helpful with our Spanish-speaking customers. Daniela is here to help make it “Like it never even happened!”
Brian McGill Sr.
Brian is from Montgomery, NY. He is a Lead Carpenter in the Construction Office at SERVPRO of Orange, Sullivan & S. Ulster Counties. Brian helps complete the work after an emergency happens in someone's home or business. Brian is patient and makes sure to meet the customers' needs. It’ll be “Like it never even happened” once our reconstruction team has handled the job!
Ryan Barrett
Ryan is from Brooklyn, NY but has been residing in New Hampton, NY for quite some time. He is a Project Estimator in our Construction Department here at SERVPRO of Orange, Sullivan & S. Ulster Counties. Ryan has been with us since February 2022 but previously managed his own landscaping company. He is patient and shows care to the customers. It’ll be “Like it never even happened” once our reconstruction team has handled the job!
Janine Milz
Janine has been residing in Florida, NY right here in Orange County for many years now. She started in August 2022 and is our Construction Administrative Assistant here at SERVPRO of Orange, Sullivan & S. Ulster Counties. Janine has previous experience doing administrative work for a construction company. Janine is prepared to help make things “Like it never even happened!”
Brittany Ayala
Brittany is from The Bronx but has been residing in Middletown, NY for a few years. Starting here in October 2020, she has been a Production Tech at SERVPRO of Orange, Sullivan & S. Ulster Counties. Having a background in cleaning and customer service, Brittany is ready for any emergency service and shows care to those she is helping. Brittany currently specializes in water jobs.
Pat Rodriguez
Patricio, or Pat as we know him, is from Mexico but has been residing in Middletown, NY for many years. He has been a Production Tech at SERVPRO of Orange, Sullivan & S. Ulster Counties for what seems like forever. Having started in February 2005, Pat is fully trained for any and every emergency service needed. Pat also found himself helping with the reconstruction division.
Yvette Rodriguez
Yvette is from Middletown, NY. Since November 2020 she has been a Production Tech here at SERVPRO of Orange, Sullivan & S. Ulster Counties. Having OSHA compliance and a background in cleaning, Yvette is here to help.
