Drafting of Proposals, interaction with Clients, assessment and diagnosis of existing conditions, creation of project specific repairs, management of the construction process, running of meetings, and delegation to junior staff.

Results orientated, hands on construction and mitigation specialist with over 30 years of experience in all facets of the industry, including building immediate scope of actions for all mitigation and rebuilds from first contact through project completion. Managing multiple crews or large loss crews of over 100 members. Teaching and ensuring professionalism that carries through from first arrival on site and protections of non-affected areas to the final walk-thru, while consistently developing relationships with adjusters, trades, Public Adjusters, management companies and architects.
