Tyler Szmala
Prior to joining SERVPRO of Ronkonkoma and working his way up to General Manager, Tyler worked in the carpentry field where he gained experience in framing and finishing work. Tyler also loves welding and is licensed to operate heavy machinery. He is extremely talented, a great person to work with, and a great person to have managing the process to return your home or office back to new!
Tyler has a Safety Group Rigging Worker License, he is OSHA certified and holds a Heavy Machine Operators Certificate. Tyler holds the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC):. Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT).

Angelo Greco
Angelo has been working for SERVPRO for 8 years and has worked his way from crew chief in the field to a project manager. Angelo has certifications in Mold Abatement Worker-Supervisor (NYS), Fire damage Restoration Technician (IICRC) and Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT)
Angelo enjoys playing sports, spending time with his family and doing work around the house in his time off. Angelo always comes to the job prepared and with a positive attitude and personality.
Lucina Jessup
Lucina has been with our Franchises since the we opened our doors. She has been an asset in the office learning about all areas of the operation. During Hurricane Harvey she traveled to both Texas and Florida with the crews and worked in the field hands on doing demolition. She is known as the person who will step in wherever she is needed with her own tool belt and hard hat and is always at the ready. She loves the ability to be there for other people in their times of need and takes pride in being able to see a project from start to finish. In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts, spending time with her friends and spending time with her daughter.
Steven Kilmeade
Steven Kilmeade is the owner of SERVPRO of East Meadow/Westbury & SERVPRO of Ronkonkoma. Steven has over 25 years of experience in the restoration, reconstruction, electrical, plumbing and mechanical industries which has developed into a unique insight on how to approach every task. He shares his diverse background and insight with his staff by mentoring them through all situations so that every job can be handled efficiently and effectively. With this type of service and standard it is no surprise that Steven's Ronkonkoma franchise received rookie of the year awards during its first two years in business and that he has highly satisfied customers. Steven is IIRC, ASD, WRT and CCT certified and holds a license for Asbestos handling and NYS Mold abatement.

Hard to find the words to describe my experience with Steven and his company because no words come to mind to adequately describe my satisfaction. They were very reliable. If they promised something, they did as promised. Very knowledgeable of all aspects of the work they do. They sure left my place spotless. I would have been lost without them. My handyman, Paul, had gotten a card from Steven at a place they both were at for breakfast. I called Steven and he returned my call promptly and was at my house the very next day. SERVPRO came to my house for flood issue from the oil burner release valve. They came right away and were fast to asses the situation. All the people that worked for the company are amazing, They are kind, respectful, trustworthy and helpful during the situation, They answered all my questions and guided me every step of the way. This past August I had called you in the middle of the night because I found my downstairs living room being flooded with water damage and I had no idea where to start. Your team of guys came within a half hour and found my living room two feet under water from a pipe burst in the bathroom that must have been running for hours (I was out for the day). It had spread to the downstairs.
Your guys removed all of the furniture from the house and quickly and professionally and removed thousands of gallons of water in a matter of a short time. Then they put machines in to rid the house of moisture to prevent further water damage and mold. The sheet rock on all the walls kept soaking up the water. Tiles and carpeting had all been destroyed. The removal and replacement process was started that next morning which made me feel very comfortable.
That night at 2:30 in the morning you told me that I had nothing to worry about- you looked at the panic in my face and then looked me in the eyes and said “don’t worry, we are going to fix this like you’d never knew it happened!” It was absolutely true.
Thank you so much again! I would highly recommend anyone who is stuck with an emergency situation as I was-do not hesitate to call SERVPRO from Ronkonkoma!

This damage had the potential of shutting down our family daycare business. However, with your quick response and the way you stayed on top of the insurance company, while paying very close care and attention to all of our needs, we were able to maintain daily care for the children without any interruption. This meant so much to us, as well as the families whose children's care I am responsible for. We are so appreciative of the job your crew did, not only with such great skill but with care, kindness and enthusiasm.
