This is most of our staff here at SERVPRO Port Jefferson. Our Employees have certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD), Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FRST) and Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT). We also have staff members who are certified by NYS for Mold Remediation & Removal and Asbestos abatement.
Risa Kluger
Risa Kluger is the owner of SERVPRO of Port Jefferson/Stony Brook & Hicksville/Plainview for over 25 years . Risa has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), WTR Water Removal Technician,(ASD) Applied Structural Drying Technician, (CCT) Carpet Cleaning Technician, Asbestos Supervisor & Asbestos Handing License and NYS Mold abatement supervisor license. She is a member of Greater Port Jefferson Chamber of Commerce, Rocky Point Lions Club, Hicksville Chamber of Commerce, North Brookhaven Chamber of Commerce, Building Trades Association, Indoor Air Quality Association, National Association of Female Executives, Restoration Industry Association, Dowling College Allumni Independent & Retail Business Associates, Inc., Three Village Chamber of Commerce, Insurance Professionals of Long Island & Pink Tie Organization, ETC.
Paul Zawoloka
Paul Zawoloka has over 8 years of experience in the restoration industry with an additional 4 years estimating building damages. He has handled all types of losses including fire, water, mold, and bio-hazards. His experience and commitment to customer service make him an integral part of the SERVPRO of Port Jefferson's team. Paul is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying. He is also Certified as a NYS Mold Abatement Supervisor. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter as well as tending to his vegetable garden.
Patrick Oneal
Patrick ONeal is one of our Crew Chiefs here at SERVPRO of Port Jefferson. Pat has over 7 years of Restoration Experience. He is certified by Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) WRT - Water Removal Technician, FSRT- Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration Technician. Pat also hold his NYS Mold Abatement License as well as Lead-Based Paint Activities and Renovation. He has an eye for detail and works very hard to making sure everything is done correctly.

Frozen Pipe damage is the worst. My basement was in disarray. SERVPRO came in and helped my family restore it back to normal.

SERVPRO of Port Jefferson is a successful, locally owned and operated business. Our owner is Risa Kluger. Risa and her team have been providing property damage restoration services to the residents and business owners of Long Island & New York Metro Area, since the year 1993. We are certified by SERVPRO Industries, LLC as a Large Loss Response Team (LLRT) for the entire region, so there is no restoration job that is too large, too small, or too distant for us to handle.

She and the company sponsor local events and charities and engage in on-going local charity support through their memberships in the Rocky Point Lions Club and many local Chambers of Commerce. Risa is on the Board of Directors for the Long Island Insurance Community (LIIC) as well as a Director on the Board for the Greater Port Jefferson Chamber of Commerce. Employees from her staff also serve on the Executive Board of the Insurance Professionals Association of Long Island (IPALI), and are members of the Federation of New York Insurance Professionals (FNYIP).

We are an IICRC Certified Firm. We have a NYS Mold Remediation Contractors License as well as a NYS Asbestos handling license.
