Rich & Shannon Delfino
Our proud and respected General Managers at SERVPRO of Levittown, Bethpage are Rich and Shannon Delfino, and they have over 40 years of combined experience in all aspects of restoration. Their insurance backgrounds are invaluable in providing our customers with the service that meets and beats their expectations.
Abdul Ghanny
Abdul Ghanny is the Production Manager. He has been working 5 years in SERVPRO. When he is not working he enjoys spending his time with his family, gardening, traveling, and watching business documentaries.
Jose Turcios
When asked about what he enjoys most about working for SERVPRO Team Luzzi, Jose shared, "Doing my part to help make such a big operation successful." His dedication to the mission and his role is undoubtedly part of what makes Team Luzzi so special.
Before his time with us, Jose spent over 22 years in the construction field, an experience that has equipped him with invaluable insights and skills in his current role at SERVPRO. It has been an exciting 13-year journey for Jose at SERVPRO, during which he has witnessed and contributed to the substantial growth and change within the company. He looks forward to being a part of our future journey and seeing where we go next.
Laura Avakian
Laura is our Office Manager & has SERVPRO experience dating to 2010. Laura has been working in the marketing/customer service/retail industry since she was 16. She is an entrepreneur owning and managing two online businesses. You can find Laura leading the fire damage pack-out team, managing and supporting the SERVPRO of Levittown, Bethpage marketing representatives, and creating content for our social media sites. She is there to answer phone calls as she is a customer service whiz. On her days off, Laura loves spending time with her family and cats. She is also a terrific line dancer, states her group of dancers.
Eileen Clark
Meet Eileen, our Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO of Levittown, Bethpage. She has over 15 years of administrative experience and is excited to bring her skills to our SERVPRO franchise. Eileen loves to spend time with her family and friends. She enjoys cooking and baking in her free time. She is an avid reader, typically finishing a book a week.
Jennifer Ohm
Say hello to our job file coordinator, Jenn! When you call SERVPRO of Levittown, Bethpage, chances are, you may be speaking with Jenn. Before coming to SERVPRO, Jenn was an Allstate Insurance adjuster, so she understands the intricacies of the restoration industry. When not on the job, Jenn enjoys time with friends & family. She also likes to go bowling and take in the cinema.
Dylan O'Regan
Meet Dylan, our (WRT) Water/Fire Restoration Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Levittown, Bethpage. Dylan offers a variety of construction and restoration experience in addition to a background in cleaning and maintenance. His knowledge and leadership are key assets during restoration services. In his spare time, Dylan enjoys hiking, kayaking, and competing in Jiu-Jitsu Competitions.
Ed Heins
Meet Edward Heins. Before water restoration he has learned many trades in general construction along his journey. He thoroughly enjoys turning wrenches, learning the art of jiu-jitsu, and spending time with his sisters.
Heather Ferraro
Heather is a Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO Team Luzzi. She has had 17 year experience in office, management, and administration. With 10 years experience in HVAC and construction. When she is not working she enjoys spending her time with her 14 year old son and dog doing outdoor recreation and watching documentaries on history.
Sal Rizzo
Sal Rizzo is a Restoration technician here at SERVPRO Team Luzzi. He has a few years under his belt of restoration experience. Before that he was a rifleman in the Marine Corps. He enjoys working on his car in spare time, going to the gym and spending time with his girlfriend.
Richard Pinto
Rich Pinto is a technician at SERVPRO Team Luzzi. He has several years of experience in restoration. He enjoys learning the field and is eager to jump into new projects. In his spare time he enjoys spending time going to car shows with his friends.
William Klipp
Bill is our Crew Chief at SERVPRO here at TEAM Luzzi. Bill started as a technician with us and has grown to become a key member of our team. Bill has a plumbing and HVAC background from previous work experience as a pipe fitter in a local union. This experience has been valuable in his role as a Crew Chief, where he brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the team.
Outside of work. Bill enjoys a variety of outdoor activities such as fishing and riding motorcycles.

I had low expectations when I called SERVPRO since I had never called a company like this before. But when they arrived quickly and explained what they would do to return my house to normal, I was sold! Now I tell all my friends and family how simple the process is with a professional on the helm.
My wife and I expected to find many problems in our fixer upper, but mold wasn’t one of them. As much as we need to be frugal, relying on professionals to help fix our problem is well worth the investment. Definitely sharing your information with other homeowners.
