Amit is the Director of Construction at SERVPRO of Northern Staten Island, having previously served as Crew Chief and Lead Rebuilder. He joined Team Allen in 2017 and has since earned the essential NY State Mold Supervisor Certification. Additionally, he holds IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration (FSRT), Odor Control (OCT), and Applied Structural Drying (ASD). With over 25 years of construction experience, Amit provides invaluable expertise for our build-back services. He actively participates in the United Madrassi Association (UMA) to support community improvement and volunteers at homeless shelters where he helps distribute meals. Residing in Queens, Amit is a cricket club member and enjoys biking, swimming, and spending time with his family.

Terri is a key member of SERVPRO of Northern Staten Island. She enjoys serving as Team Allen’s Human Resource Administrator since March 2023. After a successful 30-year career in the mortgage industry, she made the leap to HR, bringing a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to the role. Terri is passionate about fostering a positive, supportive workplace and is dedicated to ensuring that all employees feel valued and cared for. Outside of work, she enjoys strolls along the Rockaway boardwalk in her New York neighborhood and takes great pride in her two adult children.

Iona joined SERVPRO of Northern Staten Island in 2024 as our job file coordinator. She has hands-on experience in the restoration industry as witness by being a city & state Asbestos Handler. Tom joined Team Allen in March 2023 as the Asset Supervisor for SERVPRO of Northern Staten Island. He is certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Fire Restoration (FSRT), and he also has training in confined spaces. With several years of restoration experience, Tom proudly served in the Civil Engineer Squadron of the USAF. As an Air Force Veteran, he is dedicated to giving back through charity work with the Knights of Columbus and the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). In his free time, Tom enjoys escaping his Brooklyn home to fish and relax at the beach.

Fernando joined our team at Allen's SERVPRO of Northern Staten Island as a production technician in 2024. Fernando is dedicated to assisting our clients and consistently goes the extra mile to meet their needs. With ECTP training in both Tech 100 and 200, he brings over eight years of experience in the restoration field.
