Angela has over 20+ years’ experience in customer service and has a Degree Certification in Computer System Management as well as being water certified through the IICRC.

Outside of work Angela enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering in the community.

Emily is a Job File Coordinator here at SERVPRO of North Rensselaer/ South Washington Counties. She has been with our franchise for 2 years. Her job responsibilities include keeping all files and documentation for all claims organized for the customers and the insurance companies. Emily has been part of the team for over a year and always has a smile on her face no matter what task she is doing.

She has several years’ experience in customer service and office work.

In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with her children and her family who many are also a part of our SERVPRO team.

Grace is our Dispatch & Receptionist here at SERVPRO of North Rensselaer/South Washington Counties. She has been with our franchise for 3 Months.
Grace has experience in customer service and office relations. Grace has a positive and friendly approach to our customers' needs and continues to apply her positive personality with everyone she comes in contact with. We are happy to have her as part of our SERVPRO®; team and look forward to seeing her continue to bloom.
Outside of work Grace enjoys spending her free time traveling and she enjoys reading.

Carl is one of the Restoration Manager here at SERVPRO of North Rensselaer/South Washington Counties. Carl has been a dedicated member of our team for 12 years. With those 12 years of experience Carl is responsible for managing the mitigation and restoration department. He manages all projects from start to finish. He and his team are always focused on quality work and our client’s satisfaction.

Carl is certified through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Remediation, Fire Remediation, as well as Trauma and Biohazard Remediation. Carl is also certified through the New York Department of Health Mold Programs as a Mold Abatement Supervisor.

In his free time, Carl enjoys spending time with his children, grandchildren, and cheering on the Washington Commanders.

Harley is one of the Restoration Supervisor at SERVPRO of North Rensselaer/South Washington Counties. He has been with us for 4 years and through dedication and a strong focus he has advanced quickly as one of our Production Managers. As Production Manager, Harley is responsible for managing mitigation projects, from start to finish.

Harley is trained in advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and is certified through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Remediation, Fire Remediation, as well as Trauma and Biohazard Remediation. He is also certified through the New York Department of Health Mold Programs as a Mold Abatement Supervisor.

Harley served in the Army National Guard for many years. When Harley is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family. Some of Harley’s hobbies include painting, sculpting, and watching the Star Wars series.

Jake is our Construction Manager here at SERVPRO of North Rensselaer/ South Washington Counties. He is responsible for our entire reconstruction division and handling all our customers reconstruction needs.

Jake has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry as well as experience several years’ experience in management.

In his free time, Jake enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and working on his truck.

Dan is a Restoration Supervisor here at SERVPRO of North Rensselaer/ South Washington Counties who has been with us for 3 years.

Dan has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. This training also emphasizes listening skills, customer service, and exceeding our customers’ expectations. Dan is certified through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Remediation and Fire Remediation. He is also certified through the New York Department of Health Mold Programs as a Mold Abatement Supervisor as well as being OSHA 10 Certified and RAMSET Certified.

In his free time, Dan enjoys drawing, working out, and spending quality time with his family.

Robert is a Restoration Supervisor here at SERVPRO of North Rensselaer/South Washington Counties. Robert has been with us for over 2 years.

Robert has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. He is also certified through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Fire Remediation and Water Remediation. Robert is also certified through the NY State Department of Health Mold Program as a Mold Abatement Supervisor.
