Residential Storm Damage Restoration
Experiencing a storm event can be devastating! We want to help you get back to normal as soon as possible. If you've experienced flooding in your home, give us a call. We'll quickly remove any materials that are damaged beyond repair or that have been contaminated and dry out anything that isn't needed to be removed. We'll monitor the drying process to make sure everything dries in a timely manner and let you know when your home is ready for re-build. We'll also remove any contents to clean and store in another area of your home, in a storage container or at our office until mitigation is complete.
Our office has one of the largest inventory of equipment available for mitigation. So, even in a storm event, we will have plenty of equipment to do the job right for you!

About Us
It was with great sadness that we said goodbye to our previous owner, Mr. John Halko, whose life was cut short by illness. But we are pleased to announce that our venerable company will continue to operate under the new ownership of Mr. Timothy Skov. Tim is an experienced SERVPRO franchise owner/operator and restauranteur who stepped in to fill the big shoes that John left behind.
Most of our staff continued on with us through that trying time, and we are pleased to continue to offer the best restoration services available to our customers in much of Syracuse, as well as Onondaga and Oswego Counties.
When you call you may speak to Anggie Lobdell our Office Manager, who has been with us for over eight years. Mathew Balch, our Operations Manager, has been with us for nearly fifteen years. Both Anggie and Matt are natives of Syracuse, and we are very pleased to have them on staff.
