Amit serves as the Director of Construction at SERVPRO of Mill Basin, Flatlands having previously excelled as Crew Chief and Lead Rebuilder. He joined Team Allen in 2017 and quickly earned the crucial NY State Mold Supervisor Certification. His credentials also include IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration (FSRT), Odor Control (OCT), and Applied Structural Drying (ASD). With over 25 years of construction experience, Amit brings invaluable expertise to our build-back services. He is an active member of the United Madrassi Association (UMA), where he contributes to community improvement initiatives, and he volunteers at homeless shelters, helping to distribute meals. Living in Queens, Amit is a cricket club member and enjoys biking, swimming, and spending quality time with his family.

Terri is a valued member of the SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn's Team Allen office, serving as the Human Resource Administrator since March of 2023. With over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Terri decided to pursue a career change and joined our team. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role and is passionate about creating a positive work culture. Terri's dedication to helping people is evident in her approach to HR, and she is committed to providing a supportive environment for all employees. In her free time, Terri enjoys taking walks on the boardwalk in her neighborhood of Rockaway, NY. She is also proud of her two adult children.

As the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Mill Basin, Flatlands, Angelica is essential in keeping our operations running smoothly. Gerrianne is a Senior Business Development Executive at SERVPRO of Mill Basin, Flatlands, bringing over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. Skilled in strategy, team motivation, and cost control, Gerrianne is also active in IFMA, NAWIC, and the Gotham Organization. Since 2023, Anthony Colucci has worked as the Accounts Receivable and Payable office worker at SERVPRO of Mill Basin, Flatlands. QuickBooks certified and a notary public, he brings strong financial expertise to his role.

Living in Kew Gardens, Anthony enjoys reading, traveling, and leading meditation groups, balancing his professional life with personal passions.

Iona joined SERVPRO of Mill Basin, Flatlands in 2024 as our Job File Coordinator. With hands-on experience in the restoration industry, she is a certified City & State Asbestos Handler. Her extensive training includes OSHA 30, SST 10, hazardous water operations, emergency response (HAZWOPER), and confined spaces, making her a valuable addition to Team Allen. Iona resides locally in Brooklyn.

Kerri is a dedicated administrative assistant at SERVPRO of Mill Basin, Flatlands, joining the team in 2024. With exceptional organizational skills and a positive attitude, she plays a crucial role in coordinating the office staff, sales team, and production crews, ensuring efficient operations.

Landal serves as an Assistant Project Manager at SERVPRO of Mill Basin, Flatlands bringing his expertise to the team since 2019. A proud Brooklynite, he has extensive experience in the restoration industry and holds OSHA and mold certifications. His skills encompass fire, water, and mold remediation, as well as trauma and crime scene cleanup. Before his current role, Landal worked as a construction laborer and spent several years as a carpenter's helper. Known for his upbeat attitude, he enjoys the respect of his colleagues. Outside of work, Landal cherishes time with his lovely young daughter and enjoys shooting at the local range with his friends.

John Flanagan is a standout member of Team Allen at SERVPRO of Mill Basin, Flatlands. Since joining us in 2023, he has rapidly advanced from Technician to Lead Technician.

John's plumbing background enhances our team's skills, allowing him to tackle challenges with confidence. His quick learning and adaptability make him an invaluable asset. Walter is a Lead Technician and dedicated member of Team Allen's SERVPRO of Mill Basin, Flatlands, having joined the team in 2021. With over five years of extensive experience in the restoration industry, he has honed his skills and knowledge to become a reliable expert in his field. Walter holds several certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC), including credentials in water damage restoration (WRT) and applied microbial remediation (AMRT). His expertise not only enhances the quality of service provided to clients but also positions him as a respected leader within the team. When he's not working hard to restore properties, Walter enjoys life in Staten Island, where he resides.

As a Reconstruction Technician, Giuseppe joined our construction team at SERVPRO of Mill Basin, Flatlands in 2023, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in construction and build-back projects. His extensive knowledge and hands-on skills make him an invaluable part of Team Allen!

Tom joined Team Allen in March 2023 as the Asset Supervisor for SERVPRO of Mill Basin, Flatlands. He is certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Fire Restoration (FSRT), with additional training in confined spaces. With years of experience in restoration, Tom proudly served in the Civil Engineer Squadron of the USAF. As an Air Force Veteran, he is committed to giving back to his community through charity work with the Knights of Columbus and the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). In his free time, Tom enjoys fishing and unwinding at the beach, escaping the hustle of his Brooklyn home.

Fernando joined our Team at Allen's SERVPRO of Mill Basin, Flatlands as a production technician in 2024. With several years of restoration experience, he brings valuable expertise to our team and holds certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) for both categories 100 and 200. Fernando is dedicated to assisting our clients and customers, always going the extra mile to ensure their needs are met. A proud veteran, he served two years in the military and enjoys unwinding with PC gaming and taking leisurely walks in Union City, NJ.

Juan is a production technician for Team Allen's SERVPRO of Mill Basin, Flatlands restoration experience and joined the team in 2023. Before SERVPRO, he spent three years as a construction worker. Based in New York, Juan enjoys springtime with his family, playing baseball, fishing, and traveling.

Since joining SERVPRO of Mill Basin, Flatlands in 2023, Diego has been a dedicated production technician who completed our in-house ECTP training, demonstrating his commitment to excellence. A hard worker and valued member of Team Allen, he embodies the spirit of teamwork.
