I am enclosing the check for the excellent, superior cleaning job you completed for my mother and father's home on July 6, 2020! We were amazed at the care taken, the detail given, and the overall condition of her home once you had completed your work. I think you even cleaned things from when we moved in the house in 1986, if possible.
My idea of what I thought the cleaning would be was just going through, getting rid of the dust and refreshing the walls and carpets. To my surprise, it was so much more! The basement cleaning was totally unexpected and the garage, too. The home is literally move-in ready. In fact, I have bought new homes that were not as clean as mom's is now! She is looking down with a BIG smile on her face and is probably saying "Wow" herself. I know that she would definitely have done the same thing if she were selling the house herself. I knew by the time we got rid of things in the house, which was a daunting task, no one would be up to putting a polish on the house that was needed. I knew we were going to hire you because you are persnickety and detail-oriented, and I was right.
The house is now listed and ready for someone to enjoy your labor, too! Several of our family friends from outside the area have commented on the house's presentation, not just on the painting and things we did, but the sparkle and rejuvenation to the surfaces, too. It is generating more buzz than the house. Believe it or not, everyone asks who CLEANED the house.

Mark and Marylourdes Zegarelli, owners of SERVPRO of Jefferson County have a team of IICRC-industry certified technicians. The owners have the experience 15-years of cleanup and restoration. Our technicians have undergone extensive and on-going training along with a background check to ensure our clients feel confident that they receive the highest quality of service for damage cleanup and restoration after a fire or water damage, mold remediation or biohazard and crime scene mitigation in both residential and commercial properties.
Safety in the community is a concern for the Zegarelli's, and Mark was a volunteer firefighter for 25-years, and they volunteer with the American Red Cross installing fire alarms in homes.
The weather in Jefferson is known for cold and snowy winters, increasing the frequency of structural damage from ice and plumbing issues due to cold temperatures.
