Thanksgiving dinner was a little overcooked.. leaving a big burned spot on my ceiling and a house the smelled of smoke. SERVPRO came and removed the damaged area, the smell, and returned the ceiling back to its original condition in less then a week! I was really pleased with their service.

Working with this team was such a great experience. I hired SERVPRO of Freeport, Roosevelt after extensive fire damage in my house. The fire damaged most of the house and the fire department damaged the rest by breaking the roof and windows and by flooding the entire house with water. A friend who had worked with the owner, Tiffany, before had referred me to this team. The Project Manager was onsite within 30 minutes and got to work. She secured the property and handled my insurance claim, helping me understand the process and what to do next. From there, the fire restoration went smoothly from the start and throughout I was kept in the loop almost daily. I take pride in the end result as I finished with a house much nicer than it used to be. I recommend SERVPRO of Freeport, Roosevelt to anyone looking for an excellent reliable and honest contractors.

When an outlet was overloaded in the office, a fire broke out leaving the carpet and floor destroyed. SERVPRO made it look brand new when they left. They took out the damaged carpet and wall and even got the smoke smell out of the room. I would definitely use them again.
