I would definitely recommend SERVPRO. Len was easy to work with. Steve & Chris were very thorough & professional. I cannot remember the two girls names but they were prompt, courteous & fast when they came to check the progress of the dryout. Len came himself to pick up the last machines and asked a lot of questions to be sure I was happy with their services.
I'm a property owner with several properties in WNY. I have used SERVPRO for over 8 years and have had great success, whether it's been a major cleanup with 2 inches of standing water in an apartment or our regular carpet cleanings. The carpets always smell and look great. I highly recommend them.

Moving back to North Buffalo after 20 years has been a challenge, including having a leaky, musty basement. Called SERVPRO and Len gave me excellent and immediate attention!! Absolutely the best! I would recommend highly and felt the customer service was excellent and the integrity second to none!! I found a wonderful company and will call in the future if any other needs arise. Thank you!
