Helen is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Dunkirk, Fredonia, and has over 20 years of accounting experience. Her past business ownership expertise provides a terrific model for our office staff. She is thrilled to be part of our team. Helen enjoys gardening, endurance (horseback riding), and her "puppies," Mutley and Miley.
Matthew Lemmens
Matt is one of our project managers/estimators at SERVPRO of Dunkirk, Fredonia. He matriculated from Western Carolina University and has earned IICRC certifications in Applied Structural Drying (ASD) and Water Restoration Technician (WRT.) His restoration experience spans from 2017 and provides an expansive range of skills. Matthew and his wife Adele reside in Conewango Valley and enjoy listening to the "clip-clop" of Amish carts. Their daughter and three granddaughters live close by.
Renee Hall
Renee is our Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Dunkirk, Fredonia. She and her family relocated to New York from Northeast Tennessee to join our SERVPRO family and help us grow our brand. Renee graduated from Southeast Academy, and also attended Horry Georgetown Technical College. She owned and ran an asbestos abatement company. Renee has restoration and cleaning management experience dating back to 2010 including OSHA certification. The IICRC certified our Operations Manager certifications in Odor Control (OCT), Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSST), Water Restoration (WRT), and Applied Structural Drying (ASD.) Renee enjoys spending time with her two sons, whenever she finds the time.
Sophie Uhl
Sophie is a Sales and Marketing Representative at SERVPRO of Dunkirk, Fredonia. Sophie completed her Employee Certification Training Program (ECTP.) She has hands-on experience as a technician for Fire, Water, and Cleaning cleanups and restorations. She is excited about expanding the SERVPRO footprint in our service area. Sophie graduated from Bowling Green University. She enjoys healthy cooking, exercising, hiking, boating, and keeping her 30 lb cat Big Wally well fed!
