Amy Wallin is the Executive Vice President of SERVPRO of Alphabet City/Downtown Manhattan. She has been with the company since 2001. Amy has a Bachelor's degree from Keene State College, is WRT certified through the IICRC and is a certified lead remediator.
Kristin Travers
Kristin Travers is an Administrative Assistant and the Marketing Coordinator at SERVPRO of Alphabet City/Downtown Manhattan. She has been with the company since the fall of 2018 and pursued English with a minor in Psychology at Plymouth State University.
Julio Capo
Julio Capo is a LLT Project Manager of SERVPRO of Alphabet City/Downtown Manhattan. He has been with the company since 2018. Julio began his extensive career as a Merchant Mariner overseas and joined the SERVPRO family 20 years ago. He is IICRC certified in Water, Fire, Odor, Applied Structural Drying as well as Lead and Asbestos certified. In addition to those certifications, he also holds his OSHA 40. As part of our large loss team, he assists in handling all of our commercial large losses.
