I just want to say thank you SERVPRO and especially Baldo for responding so quickly he made sure to break down every little detail of the job they’re doing. Very polite. Very easy to get along with. They came and solved the problem very quick and efficient! Highly would recommend!! And when I need any more damage repairs the first people I am going to be calling will be SERVPRO and ask if I could request Baldo for the job!! Thank you again for the quick and amazing work!

My house flooded a second time in 8 years.  My first experience was recommended by a friend and it was the WORST ever! So I called me insurance and they recommended SERVPRO of Southwest Las Vegas.  The guy came out to look at the damages and guys were out with equipment about 30 min later.  They protected areas, using plastic, and new exactly what they were doing.  I am a man with a million questions and they guy was able to answer all of them. I even called after work hours and sometimes on weekends and he answered or called back within 15 min.  I am VERY thankful for how they treated me and WILL always recommend and I will use them again if I have another loss 

I cannot thank the team at this SERVPRO location for all the hard work and outstanding service they provided me at my home. To highlight the 5star rating, you need to understand the situation. We were affected by the storm that came through a few months ago. We had flooding to our house which lead to mold. The Southwest team came out and identified the issues when other companies could not. They worked quickly, professional and respectful of my home. The communication they provided was excellent. In a time of need when I was let down by my insurance and other companies they helped me and put my mind at ease that I was in good hands and well take care of. SERVPRO was originally recommended by my insurance company in LA. When an emergency arose in my vacation home, I searched for a Las Vegas location and their response time (from initial phone call to physical clean up) was less than an hour! On Memorial Day! Very efficient and professional crew! I was informed daily of their procedures, either by the supervisor, on site technician, or the office manager , and they sure know their industry!  I highly recommend SERVPRO for for flooding emergencies. Their skills and abilities to assist very quickly in urgent situations matched my expectations in their company and ease the anxiety of the damage that occurred at my home. They were without doubt one of the most professional companies we have experienced - they completed the work ahead of schedule and well within budget. Their attention to detail was second to none. KADE S. was very helpful and knowledgeable in what he does, he inspected and assessed my water damage. He's always available to help out and mediate any issues.
He immediately brought in 2 of their finest technicians, JAMES and HECTOR to get the work started.

I was going through a kitchen remodel and noticed some signs that there may have been a potential water leak in the past at some point when we ripped out the old kitchen cabinets. I wanted to have it checked out before we installed the new cabinets. I contacted SERVPRO and they were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They first came out to provide an estimate and they were the most reasonable by far. Other companies tried to use scare tactics and fear to take advantage and try to justify their exorbitant prices. Unlike those other companies, SERVPRO was honest about the potential scope of work and pricing. Once I approved the estimate, they sent their crew out to do the inspection cuts and I couldn’t be happier with their work. The SERVPRO estimator and crew were all on time, professional, and clean. I would definitely recommend and use them again!
