Jessica Harris is the Office Manager and HR administrator for Centennial Hills SERVPRO. Jessica has 10+ years of knowledge working in the insurance industry. One of her biggest strengths is advocating for our customers with insurance companies who may be experiencing a loss. She strives to provide every customer with the highest standard of service and professionalism they deserve. Jessica's pride and joy is not only SERVPRO, but her 3 children and newly born grandchild.

Senior is the Production Manager for SERVPRO of Centennial Hills and a Navy Veteran. He began his career with SERVPRO in December 2019. Currently, he is certified with IICRC WRT. Tristan has spent 20+ years in the sales and marketing field and shows the highest regard for customer service and needs. Tristan is not limited to just sales but has the experience in operating job crews and one of the first to arrive at a loss while establishing the highest level of customer rapport. He is a man of many talents and has worked as a medic for many years in a local hospital ER. Tristan loves to spend time with his 5 kids and wife of 20 years.

Tristan “TJ” Townsend, Jr., joined SERVPRO and promptly became a certified IICRC WRT to become Lead Production Technician in water restoration. His diligence and assertive work ethic are noticed by his colleagues simply because he strives to get the job done right the first time. His unmatched friendliness and ability to empathize with customers is a powerful skill developed early in his professional career as a registered respiratory therapist at the age of 20. Along with working for SERVPRO full-time, he also works full-time as a respiratory therapist at a local children’s hospital.

Austin is our Lead Certified IICRC WRT Production Technician who brings to the table the willingness to provide the best service and positive attitude to customers in need of our services. Austin is ready to tackle any job while expressing concern and empathy for the customers needs. Austin is actively working on gaining more knowledge through SERVPRO’S ECTP program in effort to prepare himself for any challenges he may incur in the future. Austin is standing by ready to serve!

Jon Joined SERVPRO as a production technician, and our newest employee here at SERVPRO. Jon is hardworking but also detailed oriented. His main concern is providing great customer service while ensuring the job is done right. Some would say Like it never even happened”. With 5+ in this industry, he shows proven knowledge of conflict resolution, customer communication, and customer retention. Frequently praised as focused by his peers, Jon can be relied upon to help SERVPRO achieve its goals as a company.
