William Frisch is the Production Manager at SERVPRO of Rio Rancho. He brings 20+ years of experience and has his GB02 General Contractor license as well as the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician and Mold/Bio Technician.

Steph is the Job File Coordinator for SERVPRO of Rio Rancho. She works entering data, preparing documents, and customer service answering calls from clients. In general, she is a big support for the office.

Chris is a Mold Remediation Expert. Through his years of experience, Chris has seen the worst mold cases and has been able to tackle the issue and eliminate the harmful substance from homes and businesses alike. After water damage, Chris believes you must seek out a professional mold remediation service to conduct a mold inspection and determine whether or not your home has been infested with dangerous mold.

Joel is our lead foreman and a man of many hats. From Carpeting to drywall and everything in between, no job is too big or small Joel does it all! Near 20 years of experience gives Joel a true passion for the work he does day after day.

Francis is the hood cleaning supervisor for SERVPRO of Rio Rancho. Francis supervises the hood cleaning crews, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and seeking out new customers.

Andrew enjoys working with SERVPRO of Rio Rancho and is a jack of all trades. He enjoys the variety in his workday and always being available to help clients most in a time of need.

Miguel is part of our reconstruction team. With a smile on his face, Miguel is always happy to help on any reconstruction project.

Jose is a reconstruction technician. With 8 years of experience, Jose is always happy to help in any way he can.

Greg has been in the restoration industry for 12+ years and serves as our business development manager. He specializes in water mitigation and mold but has worked in disaster recovery after hurricanes and tornadoes as well. Greg has multiple IICRC certifications including flood, mold, and fire. In his free time, Greg is an avid traveler and outdoorsman; snowshoeing, hiking, and swimming. His dog, Cooper, is his constant companion and is quite the trail dog.

Allen brings more than 4+ years of experience to our remediation team as a restoration supervisor. His knowledge and thorough documentation are a huge asset to our team and our customers!

Amy Torrez serves as reconstruction manager for our team. With more than 30 years of experience in the construction and restoration industries, as well as multiple certifications including OSHA 30 and NM GB-98 General Contractor's license, Amy is an infinite wealth of knowledge and an invaluable resource to our team.

Cece is our resident cleaning and contents expert. As a restoration technician, she specializes in both contents and general cleaning and helps to restore our customer's belongings to pre-disaster condition.

Jesse brings more than eight years of experience to our restoration team and works as a restoration supervisor. Fire, water, or mold, doesn't matter because Jesse has the certification and the experience!

Justin is new to the restoration industry, coming up on completing his first year with us. He works as a restoration technician and has a passion for helping customers who have experienced a disaster or loss.

Pedro is a member of our team as a job file coordinator and works to organize not only customer documents and files, but also helps with our accounting and receivables!
