As a first time customer living in Morris Plains, NJ I had the Great Pleasure of meeting Mr Mark Krutman the Program Manager. Mark is outstanding with his Excellent ‘People Skills’ and his Technical knowledge of Home Improvement and restoration is great asset to SERVPRO. Mark displayed a High Level of Professionalism and customer care. Mark is empathic and will work with you even if you’re in a difficult financial situation. It is because of Mark why I would be happy to be a customer at SERVPRO again.

SERVPRO was a pleasure to deal with during a very trying time, they showed up quickly and kept us very informed every step of the way while cleaning up and drying our flood damaged basement. They worked with our insurance company to make it "Like it never even happened."

My bathroom ventilation was not working as well as it should have, couple that with long hot showers and what happens…MOLD! It was almost everywhere, behind the mirror, in the walls, on the cabinets. I'm writing today to call out the amazing, unmatched service I received from your team lead by Jim Skahill.  I had a major crisis this week. We had a sump pump malfunction the day before the inspection to sell our home.  Unfortunately the deal fell though, but Jim and his team went above and beyond and continued to help to get us ready for an open house.  Not only were they sympathetic to my situation, they were at my home within an hour to produce an estimate and had the work done within four hours of my initial discussion with Jim.  Jim and his team continued to be available for questions during the drying process and again have gone above and beyond.  I'm in a customer service business and I must say it is very rare that I experience service like I did from SERVPRO.  Thank you again.  I hope you know what an outstanding person and team you have working within your organization.
