Amy has been a member of our SERVPRO family for over 16 years and is currently our office manager. She is very familiar with the construction industry, having 6 years’ prior experience as a Project Controller for a glazing contractor and a union glazier for a father. She efficiently handles the essential business functions of our office and makes sure our team is always on schedule with our current projects. Amy is very knowledgeable with all our corporate systems and is always Here to Help both our customers and her teammates alike.

Diana Moore graduated from Monmouth University and has worked as a Project Manager for SERVPRO of Middletown since 2005. Diana is certified by the IICRC for Applied Microbial Remediation and Water Restoration, NORMI as a Certified Mold Remediator, and by ACAC as a Council-certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor (CMRS).
