Mostafa one day came into my Girl Scout office just doing some cold calling. We began speaking and I realized that the Girl Scouts had a need for SERVPRO. I have had two previous experiences with SERVPRO in my home and was very, very pleased with their work and professionalism. The Girl Scouts had two houses on the Farmingdale property that needed carpet cleaning. I was collecting bids and asked Mostafa if he would like to bid the jobs. He said yes of course and I hired SERVPRO of Howell/Wall. We were very pleased with their work and we look forward to our continued relationship with the SERVPRO family. When we walked into our building at 6:30 AM one very cold January morning to find a broken sprinkler pipe actively pouring water into our building, which then spread water an inch in height throughout the entire 9,000 square feet, we called Saher and his team at SERVPRO of Howell/Wall. I was blown away at how quickly he and his team arrived. Although you can imagine how devastating this was for us and how we were thinking the worst in how long the clean up process could take, you should also know that you do not want to call anyone else except Saher & his team to assist you should you need a clean up/restoration company. Saher was very responsive to any questions we had, checked in with us very often even if he had to be at another job site, we saw him daily (mulitiple times a day) and had his team working very long days and weekends, just to get us to a point where we could begin rebuilding. Saher was diligent in explaining the clean up process of our building to us every step of the way, involving us just the same, until the clean up process was completed and perfected. When you go through something like this, it is hard to think of everything. There was no need to do that, because Saher thought of it all in regards to clean up and restoration. Our families and faculty were blown away with how quickly we cleaned up, and we have SERVPRO to thank. Saher and his crew were also very friendly - it was nice to see smiling faces every day during such a difficult time! They truly exceeded my expectations and if I could give 10 stars, I would! The technicians were wonderful. They answered all of my questions and took great care of my home. I was really impressed with their work, and I'm so happy with the results.

SERVPRO was wonderful. They did a great job cleaning up the mold we had. Everything was cleaned up nicely and they moved all of our furniture back in. I'm happy we reached out to them.

Saher and his team were great to work with. My company bought a new office/warehouse space and there was a lot of mold and staining in the warehouse. SERVPRO came in and cleaned up all the mold and power washed the concrete in the warehouse. It looked incredible when they were done. I'm so glad we used their services. They did an excellent job!

I'm so glad I called SERVPRO. They were at our office within an hour to clean up after one of the toilets in the bathroom overflowed into the hallway. Javi immediately began sucking up the water from the floor. Once he was done, he talked us through the process to get everything dry. He was so nice and so professional. And quick, too. I blinked and the fans were running. He did a wonderful job cleaning and drying everything. I would definitely use SERVPRO again if the need ever arises.

A pipe in the ceiling broke in my office building. There was water everywhere. SERVPRO came out right away to clean everything up. They moved everything out of the way to save office furniture from even more wet. They worked fast to get everything out and dried for me. I thought it would take a lot more time to dry the office, so I was really glad it went was quickly as is it did. These guys know what they're doing.

I don't know what happened, but a sewage line backed up into our store during some construction that was going on in the strip mall. All of a sudden, the whole store smelled. Saher and Javi came out and talked to us about what they would need to do to clean up the carpet. Then they got right to work making it happen. They were both super professional and hardworking. I'm not sure how they could stand the smell. But they did what they needed to quickly, and soon the store was back to smelling like normal. These guys were great. I can't thank them enough for helping us out.
