- Karl partnered with Bob Morrison to open this SERVPRO Franchise in 2002.
- Certifications include ASCS, ASD, WDR, IIRC, ECTP, and F&R.
- Karl has a B.S. degree in Construction Engineering in addition to 2 years of Architectural Study.
- He has worked in all aspects commercial and residential construction and remediation on projects ranging from $1000 to several 100 million dollars.
- He has continued to expand the construction service and build a quality team of professionals, all dedicated to complete customer satisfaction.
- On his spare time Karl enjoys watching/playing sports, and spending time with his family.
Janet Pineda
- Janet has been with SERVPRO of Central Union County for 3 years.
- She has completed her Certifications in Xactimate, IICRC, WRT, FSRT, CCT, and UFT.
- Janet has excellent organizational and customer service skills and has been a great asset to our SERVPRO Franchise.
- When she is free she loves spending time home with her children.
