Brian has been with SERVPRO for over 10 years and is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, and Fire & Smoke Restoration. As Operations Manager, Brian handles a wide variety of tasks from production to estimating. Emily joined Team Luciani in 2019 as an Internet Marketing Coordinator and is now our Marketing Manager, overseeing both sales and digital marketing. As a Commercial Sales Marketing Representative for SERVPRO of Edison, Cathy Finlayson provides peace of mind to her clients. Mariah Miklus
Mariah Miklus joined Team Luciani in 2019 as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, and has been growing with the company ever since. She has since taken on the role of HR Coordinator and Office Manager. With her can-do attitude and drive to provide the best service possible to our customers, Mariah is an important part of #TEAMLUCIANI.
Todd Peters
Todd is one of our newest Project Managers, but still has extensive knowledge of the restoration industry. Being IICRC Certified, he has all the experience needed to expertly inspect your property when it comes to water damage, fire damage or mold.

Jose has been with Team Luciani for many years, and was promoted to Project Manager in 2021 after coming on as a Technician and then Crew Chief. With years of hands-on experience, Jose has all the training required to fully inspect your property and create a plan for restoration.

I had an inch of water in my basement and within the hour they were there extracting the water, they then set up drying equipment to ensure that no mold grows, great branch to hire for work. Rates are also not super pricey compared to other similar companies.
Even though it was late at night, Danny still picked up the phone and sent a crew to my house to extract the flood water. I don't know what we would've done without them. Highest thanks and appreciation for Danny and his staff.
