SERVPRO of Burlington Township / Mount Holly

Sadly overnight a pipe burst in my kitchen and flooded out both my kitchen and basement. A friend of mine recommended we call SERVPRO, and I couldn't be more thankful that we did! SERVPRO was nothing less than exceptional! The operations manager, Kevin Paul and his crew were absolutely amazing during this entire process! Having your home disturbed and partly destroyed due to water damage is hard enough to deal with both mentally and physically but SERVPRO definitely helped ease the pain. Amazing service and extremely professional and efficient is the only words I can use to describe my experience with SERVPRO!

We had a large water damage in one of our commercial office spaces.  Alex from SERVPRO Burlington/Mount Holly responded to my call and had a crew over in less than 2 hours to clean it up.  Will certainly be contacting them in the future if need be.

I called about 5 companies who would help us with an emergent mold situation. When I spoke with Dan Doyle from SERVPRO, he came to our home on his time, on a weekend because we were so desperate. He told us exactly what tests were needed, and did not try to rip us off with unnecessary tests. He was extremely intelligent and straight forward. We got the test done on Saturday, and received the results Monday in the afternoon. He called me and explained what every result meant in "human terms."  Thank you SERVPRO and thank you Dan!
