This past winter we had a pipe freeze and break in a rental property of ours that was being renovated at the time. Being out of state, I was not able to be at the property right away or during the course of the majority of the restoration. I was concerned about some possible mold in my home, SERVPRO of Berlin/Williamstown came out and explained to me the issue and exactly how to remediate it.

Me and my husband started to notice a musty smell in our home, we were sure of where it was coming from so we called SERVPRO to see if they could help us find out what was causing it. They came out and discovered that we had some mold in our crawlspace that was probably the result of some standing water. They were able to get a crew out the next day to pump out the water and start removing the mold. Though it looked like a dirty and unenjoyable job, the guys never complained and worked hard.
