Our team has been proudly serving The Seacoast region and its communities since 1967. With extensive knowledge and experience in the restoration industry, we provide each customer with a tailored solution for any disaster or emergency that threatens their property. All of our technicians are IICRC-certified, ensuring the most effective approach for recovering and restoring any damage to local homes and businesses.

We had such a fantastic experience regarding an emergency mitigation of a flooded crawlspace in our home. Becky, the project manager, was super helpful from start to finish. After explaining the issue, she was at our house within twenty minutes and already figuring out a plan of action. She sent two technicians, Allen and Emily, who were absolutely amazing. They kept us updated and informed every step of the way, and despite the awkward and uncomfortable space they were working in, they remained super pleasant and positive to work with. They were also extremely mindful and considerate of our pets while going in and out by making sure the doors were closed behind them, ensuring our little escape artists were safe. After the job was completed, they realized that the problem wasn't yet solved. They diagnosed the issue and come to find out, the ground water was coming through our foundation and rising fairly rapidly. Because of our broken sump pumps, the water was not relocating as needed. When Allen gave us the news, I was definitely nervous as to what the next steps would be. He quickly reassured me that we would be able to find a solution and called his Mitigation Manager, Cam, right away to reiterate the issue and see what they could do to help. Cam then offered to leave the company's sump pump at our home, free of charge, while our plumber installs a new one, that way we will stay ahead of the water and not be in another super unfortunate flooding situation. I thought that was so gracious and unexpected. I will recommend this company, Becky, Allen, Emily and Cam to anyone and everyone suffering with similar issues as ours. Although I don't want to have to call them again (in hopes I no longer have water issues in the future), I would be beyond happy and grateful to work with any of them at any time. Cameron and his crew were amazing in responding to a sewer emergency at my home, on a weekend, at night. The call back was within 30 minutes, Cam promised to be onsite to assess the situation early the following morning, he came first and his crew arrived very soon after. All was cleaned up within a few hours. It could not have gone better, and the price was extremely reasonable. These Pros know what they are doing.
