SERVPRO of Merrimack
Kevin Lee--Owner
Kevin is the proud owner of SERVPRO of Merrimack. He completed his initial college diploma with a Business Degree from Olivet Nazarene University located in Illinois. He proceeded to earn an MBA from Rivier College in Nashua, New Hampshire which readied him for a successful career as Director of Support Services at Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary and the Beth Israel / Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.
Kevin's background prepared him to pursue and obtain ownership, in 1998 along with his wife, of three regional SERVPRO franchises. Kevin and his wife are gratified to have two daughters and are also proud grandparents of three grandsons and one granddaughter.Chris St. Onge
Chris is our General Manager at SERVPRO of Merrimack and is Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration certified as a Water (WRT) and Fire damage Restoration (FSRT) technician. Before becoming a team member, Chris proudly was in the United States Marine Corps; which he used as a springboard into a career in law enforcement. His background as a property adjuster for a large insurance carrier provided further valuable experience in his current position. Chris loves to spend time with his family and friends when he is not hard at work.
Leslie Webb
Leslie has been our Office Manager at SERVPRO of Merrimack since 2020. She brings another three years of experience with a different SERVPRO franchise and an additional seven years with a private mitigation company. Leslie has been certified in WRT water damage, FSRT fire damage, and Content Cleaning. This hands-on experience enhances her understanding of the restoration industry, which she puts to good use in running our office. Leslie grew up in a family with various construction businesses, further adding to expertise. She has previously been a member of the American Payroll Association (APA) and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM.)
Leslie lives in Fremont, New Hampshire, with her husband, 4 kids, and fur babies. They are active in travel softball and camping. Leslie is proud of her two sons currently serving our Country overseas--one in the Army and the other in the Air Force. We are fortunate to have such a well-rounded individual as our Office Manager.Brendan
Brendan joined the SERVPRO of Merrimack family in 2019, bringing with him a wealth of experience and an unwavering dedication to helping the franchise flourish. Prior to joining the team, Brendan spent 12 years honing his skills in the insurance industry, culminating in a successful career as a Senior Field Adjuster for Hanover Insurance. His expertise extends to working with large national carriers like Travelers Insurance, further bolstering his knowledge base. Brendan holds a Multi-Line Adjuster license in numerous states, including Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Texas, and Florida, solidifying his regional expertise.
Now excelling as SERVPRO of Merrimack's Operations Manager, Brendan leverages his extensive background to foster strong relationships with business partners, residential clients, and insurance companies. His deep understanding of the restoration process enables him to provide crucial information seamlessly, securing swift carrier approvals for coverage. Brendan remains steadfast in ensuring that all projects adhere to the stringent standards set by the IICRC, guaranteeing exceptional results that consistently exceed expectations. His commitment to excellence is further underscored by his OSHA Construction Safety & Health certification and a remarkable array of IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) credentials, including Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration (FSRT), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), and Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD).
Outside of work, Brendan finds joy in tackling home projects and hitting the golf course. However, his greatest passion lies in spending quality time with his wife and three children, creating lasting memories and fostering a strong family bond.
Jessica W.
Jessica is our Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Merrimack and has done a steady job since 2015. She is well organized and helps with documentation for insurance and payments, workflows, and scheduling. Jessica loves hiking, hanging out with her puppy and family, eating pizzas, and watching movies.
Stone
Stone is our Administrative Project Manager here at SERVPRO of Merrimack. His experience in the field, along with a certification by the IICRC as a WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician) makes him well-suited to perform his tasks. Stone reviews all documentation collected from the field during the restoration and making sure that the job file meets SERVPRO’s standards.
As a component of our customer care initiative, Stone follows up with the customer daily and with the carrier when needed to ensure all parties are up-to-date with the progress of the project.
Final documentation is provided to both our client and any interested insurance entities. Stone also works on our SERVPRO website to enhance SEO optimization and showing potential customers a user-easy experience when reaching out to us.Mary T.
Mary has been the Accounts Receivable Administrator at SERVPRO of Merrimack since 2017. She supervises the insurance claims payments, regular billings and is very skilled in office software to keep the money flowing. Mary likes camping, horseback riding, four-wheeling, archery challenges, and hiking.
David
David is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Merrimack. He is an integral part of our production team, with his attention to detail and his drive to execute each task as it arises. He performs each segment of a project with care and precision. David has achieved certification as a WRT--Water Damage Restoration Technician from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IIRC.) Our customers are pleased with the outcome of his efforts since he always gets the job completed, to the complete satisfaction of our client, the first time!

Here is our proud SERVPRO of Merrimack production team. All our technicians have plenty of energy and follow our culture of strong attention to detail. Each one is a very valuable member of our SERVPRO family. Each one has completed our robust SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program (ECTP.) This program instructs, in the classroom and in the field, advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to implement our state-of-the-art equipment efficiently and effectively. We train to listen to our customers needs and concerns so that we may provide them with an exceptional cleanup and restoration experience.

Our History
SERVPRO of Merrimack was founded in 1998 by our owners Kevin and Cynthia Lee, who are natives to the Greater New England area, helping to inspire every member of the team to appreciate our area’s people, culture, traditions, and history. Before joining SERVPRO, Kevin managed the cleaning of support services departments for Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in which he became an expert in commercial cleaning and management. Kevin graduated from his undergraduate program Olivet Nazarene University in Illinois, and then proceeded to obtain his MBA from Rivier College, located locally in Nashua NH.
Commitment to Community
Even though Merrimack is among the top 10 most populated municipalities throughout the state, it does not have that big city feel. Though not as densely populated as bigger cities, we have many businesses that can benefit from our large loss recovery team.The community of Merrimack is associated with many historical attributes making Merrimack and surrounding towns very well known. Merrimack is notorious for the Reeds Cemetery which has been an active burial ground since the colonial period, making Merrimack NH, one of the earliest burial grounds since the colonial period. SERVPRO of Merrimack supports many local charities and is proud to be a part of the community that we serve. We also sponsor employees, customers and colleagues for programs like the American Cancer Society, Walk for Cancer, Walk for Hunger and Veterans.
