They began the water removal then the carpets. Dan and Amy came over on Sunday to begin the process then Ramon and Jeffrey spent the next 2 (extremely hot) days removing carpets, carpet pads, clean up, etc. They were professional, friendly, on time and handled the heat with no complaints. We hope we never have to use their services again; however, we DEFINITELY would call them if we need them.
