They were here within an hour and went to work immediately.  Before they arrived they told me what to expect and gave me the names of all of the technicians.  I am normally very apprehensive about having contractors in my home, but they made me feel comfortable.  The technicians were very efficient and very polite, and they did a terrific job.  I will definitely be recommending SERVPRO of The Seacoast.

After a relief valve broke on our boiler, 3” of water filled our basement. While we were able to remove the standing water ourselves, all of the carpets were ruined, the walls were wet, and the personal property was scattered throughout the basement. Serve Pro came in like a white knight and organized everything and took care of it all. Now my basement is dry and ready for new carpet and the walls are washed and disinfected. So no mold. Fast, polite, friendly and supportive. Couldn’t have gone better.
