I called SERVPRO of Omaha Southwest after hours to assist after a water main broke, flooding critical equipment areas, employee areas, exterior areas, and so much more. SERVPRO of Omaha Southwest & SERVPRO of Omaha West/Saunders County is locally owned and operated by Lathe & Nicole Toft. The Tofts purchased the Omaha Southwest franchise in July of 2019 after relocating from northwest Iowa where they were co-owners of SERVPRO of Spencer & Iowa Great Lakes. Lathe & Nicole purchased the Omaha West/Saunders County franchise in December 2019. Lathe also brings with him a great deal of knowledge in the construction industry having previously co-owned Boji Builders Inc since 2002.
