I just have to comment here, about SERVPRO of Minot's outstanding service. My mother's home recently had some water damage from a burst pipe in the upstairs bathroom. It flooded that room, then leaked downstairs to that bathroom and adjoining bedroom. SERVPRO was here in less than 2 hours when called. They spent the next 7 days tearing out damaged walls, floors. vanities, etc., and drying things out. Chris (the manager) and his staff worked hard, efficiently, and carefully. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and kind. They communicated with us, every step of the way, while they worked. I just can't say enough good things about them! This is a FIRST RATE company and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again, if needed, or to recommend them to anybody who may need their services. Thank you, SERVPRO of Minot! You are a class act all the way!!! ??
We unexpectedly had to use the services of SERVPRO- they made the entire process so much easier. Our techs Nick and Alex- can not say enough how wonderful they were.Polite, professional and respectful. You can tell they aim to please and do their best work. Thank you Nick Leier of SERVPRO of Minot. Heavy rains and a sump pump malfunction left my finished basement soaked. Everyone local was booked but SERVPRO set up a storm team and brought in a hardworking young man from Minot to help us in Wisconsin. He worked hard and late into the evening to get my home back on the path to dry. A lot ahead to get it all back together but couldn't have asked for a better start to recovery. Thank you Nick.
- Thank you to DEAN and the team from North Dakota who came all the way to La Crosse, Wisconsin to help people in homes like mine which had been flooded.
Such nice people doing a wonderful job makes these disasters much easier to live with.
