Wendy is our General Manager at SERVPRO of Minot and Bismarck. She has certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification. She manages office, production, and marketing/sales staff as well as ensuring that the customers needs are being met on all jobs. She is charged with creating a long term vision for the company. Customer satisfaction is very important to Wendy and she strives for SERVPRO to give 5 Star Service.

Mike is the Operations Manager of SERVPRO of Bismarck and Minot.

Mike brings with him over 13 years of experience in the restoration industry while working in the Bismarck/Mandan area.

Customer service and taking care of all the customer's needs is a top priority for Mike. In his spare time he likes to go camping with his family and play softball.

Sheree is our Office Manager. She likes taking motorcycle trips with her husband and enjoys the Minot community. Her daily tasks include managing Accounts Payable/Receivable, payroll, HR, and helping to manage our Reconstruction accounts.

Philip is our Reconstruction Department Manager. His daily tasks are creating estimates, ordering materials, and scheduling reconstruction projects. Phil loves playing with his grandchildren and fishing. He enjoys managing projects that always have something different or new to keep things challenging and rewarding.

Brandi is one of our Administrative Assistants and is in charge of handling Production and Mitigation operations. She is based out of our Minot office

Her daily tasks include estimating, coordinating with property owners and insurance professionals, accounts billing, and coordinating mitigation crews.

Alex Saechao is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Bismarck.

His experience includes certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Alex's favorite part of his job is seeing a smile on a happy customer's face after a job is completed.

Molly is an Administrative Assistant and Job File Coordinator for SERVPRO of Bismarck and Minot. She has an extensive background in both accounting and construction. Molly works with customers on both the mitigation and reconstruction process, and prides herself and being very detail oriented. In her spare time she loves spending time with her family and taking in high school sports.

Sheldon is a Reconstruction Technician for SERVPRO of Bismarck. He has many years of experience in the mitigation and construction industry. Sheldon is very meticulous in his work and makes sure the customer's job is left perfect. In his spare time he likes to be outdoors and watch sports.

Stacey is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Bismarck. He has multiple years of mitigation industry experience as well as his Water Restoration Certification from IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification). Stacey is also very detailed and takes customer satisfaction as his #1 priority.

In his free time Stacey enjoys camping with his family and watching his children's sports activities.

Micah is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Bismarck. He has his Water Damage Restoration Certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification Institute (IICRC).

Micah has a great go get it done attitude and takes care of customers with 5 star service from beginning of job to end of job.

When he is not at work Micah likes to spend his time gaming with friends.

Braden is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Bismarck. He has been with the company for over a year and spent this time learning a great deal about the mitigation industry. Braden is hard working and is a great member of the team. Taking care of the customer as quickly as possible is always his priority.

Parker is a Production Technician for SERVPRO of Bismarck. He has been dedicated to learning and growing in the mitigation industry. Parker's main area of focus has been learning from the team and implementing that knowledge to help our customers.

Mike is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Minot. He has recently joined the team but has already shown his commitment to learning about the mitigation industry and taking care of the customer.
