Britt Holcomb
Britt and Stacy Holcomb are the franchise owners of SERVPRO of Greensboro North, Burlington, Kernersville, Winston Salem North, Lexington/Thomasville, Salisbury, Kannapolis/China Grove, and Concord. Originally starting out with one franchise when they moved to Greensboro in 1999, they have now grown to one of the largest territories in North Carolina.
Originally from Columbus, Georgia, Britt now resides with Stacy and their two kids in McLeansville, NC. Britt has always been in the restoration industry, working as a production manager for SERVPRO when he was 19. He has now been an owner for 26 years! He is certified through SERVPRO for Crew Management, Fire Restoration, and Water Restoration. Britt is also certified through IICRC for Water Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, and an Applied Microbial Remediation Technician.
Mike Gosnell
Mike is our Chief Operating Officer and has over 15 years of restoration and construction experience!
Brian Carlson
Brian is our new Director of Training for Team Holcomb. He has over 15 years of experience as a previous owner of SERVPRO and aims to improve our training programs so that we have the best restoration team in the industry.
Ashly Crockett
Ashly is our Director of Business Development and has been with SERVPRO since 2009!
Kayle Smith
Kayle is our Director of Administration and holds the office together!
Vince Willis
Vince Willis is our Operations Manager for the Winston location. He has over 6 years experience. Served in the United States Navy proudly for 10 years, taking him all over the world. His hearty laugh and quick wit will make most disasters melt away. He understands the position you are in during troubling times and tries to expedite the process wherever possible.
Austin Bruce
Austin is our Restoration Manager for our Winston office at Team Holcomb. He has over 7 years of experience with SERVPRO and has helped in every department. He is a jack of all trades!
Rocco Willis
Rocco is one of our restoration technicians. He is a recent graduate of Reynolds high school. Rocco is part of our Disaster Recovery Team and has traveled around the country responding to some of our Nation's worst Disasters. He is currently IICRC certified for water restoration. Rocco's eagerness to learn is a great asset to our team!
Isaac Cannon
Isaac is one of our restoration technicians. He has attended and received (ASD) Applied Structural Drying, (WRT) Water Removal Technician certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Isaac is part of our Disaster Recovery Team and has taken part of every storm response we have been to. He brings a can-do energy in the darkest hour of your disaster.
Trevon Eaddy-Pratt
Trevon is a restoration technician of the SERVPRO Winston-Salem North Team. Trevon participates in our Disaster Recovery Team and is quickly learning the ways of SERVPRO.
Devin Rose
Devin is one of our restoration technicians in Winston and for Team Holcomb. He is hard working and is great at making customer's feel comfortable while putting their house back into order.
Michael Watson
Michael is a restoration technician. He has several IICRC certifications and lots of experience in restoration. He brings a lot to the team!
Ryan Flannery
Ryan is one of our restoration technicians. He has only been with Team Holcomb for a short time, but is excited to learn as much as he can!
Liz Artz
Liz doubles as our administrative assistant and job file coordinator. Her energetic attitude and positive voice is a signal to all that we are always HERE TO HELP. Almost everything from people to paperwork will file thru her office, and she always makes sure it ends up in the right location.
Ashley Hege
Ashley is our repair estimator for the Winston territory. She has lots of prior experience in construction estimating including being an adjuster for several years. She helps to make sure homeowners are taken care of when it comes to dealing with insurance and getting their home put back together.
Monica Butler
Monica is our contents specialist and helps run our contents warehouse out of Winston. She keeps inventory of our customer's contents and oversees that they are professionally cleaned whether they were affected by fire or water.

Chelsea is our Accounts Receivables!
Harley Whitesell
Harley is our lead intake and first on the phone to help our customers through a stressful situation.
