    Thomas has a soothing personality that customers appreciate, especially during a time of need. He is a former professional bass player and recording artist, playing many professional venues across the country during his career.

    Professional:

    Thomas is a graduate of Virginia Union University in Richmond, V.A. He has over 25 years in the construction arena. From water mitigation and cleanup to painting and drywall, Thomas can handle it. He embodies the spirit of SERVPRO's mantra, "We're Here to Help."

    Favorite Part of the Job:

    Thomas's favorite part of the job is finding ways to transform a customer's problem into a solution. He is passionate about providing amazing customer service.

    Zack Neahusan

    Zack is our Construction Manager. Zack has worked in various background during his career, ranging from high end restaurant management to marine construction project management. No matter the background, Zack's approach is always the same. He works relentlessly to provide the best customer experience and produce the highest quality of work possible. When he is not working, he prefers to spend time with his wife and three kids, fish offshore, or go back to his local beach. Zack loves the culture, mission, and values of SERVPRO Team Edwards. He love the fact the owners have surround him with qualified, passionate co-workers who exemplify ever aspect of teamwork.

    Matt is our Production Manager here at Team Edwards. He loves spending time with his family in his free time. He has been in the restoration industry for 3+ years. One of his favorite things about being a part of Team Edwards is that it is one team working towards one common goal.

We have had a couple reps but Mr. Thomas Shelton really stood out. Due to covid we were short staffed an he waited so patiently while we looked for keys to units he would have to clean. Am just glad that every time he has come to our facility he has had the same attitude willing to help and listen. He is a great representative for SERVPRO.
