With water damage from a second story bathroom, I decided to give SERVPRO of Shelby (Northeast Charlotte) a call. I had a quick response (within 2 mins of my initial call) from Winston to get the damaged assessed. Erin then responded shortly after that to get the team scheduled to come about the same day to start the remediation. The remediation team (Steven, Terrence, Jagualun and Felipe) did an amazing job getting all the damage removed within a few short hours! The entire SERVPRO TEAM did an excellent job! 100% would recommend!
Took care of problem quickly. Steven and Felpie were courteous and efficient.
The best mitigation/restoration company! They are amazing, time efficient & does great work! I would definitely recommend.
