Servpro was the second company I contacted. Shane came out to assess my water damage.Shane was very friendly and knowledgeable. Then the mold remediation team came out led by Salvador.He was friendly, professional, and patient with answering all my questions that I probably had asked Shane before. The other two workers were friendly and efficient. I was very satisfied with the work they did. They left everything safe and mold free. Salvador and team (Ms. Esperanza) were very courteous during our inspection. I am very appreciative of the information and care they provided while inspecting our home after an unexpected fire. We found we had a water leak and was put in touch with ServPro in Roanoke Rapids. All i can say is the experience has been outstanding. After initial meeting Salvador and Codi were dispatched to my home in just a couple days. These two have worked constantly being as professional as can be. They kept me informed on progress and explained as they went along. What a great feeling to have conscientious men correcting a really bad situation for us. Again i can only hope that there performance is recognized and rewarded.
