SERVPRO of Kernersville
Britt Holcomb
Britt and Stacy Holcomb are the franchise owners of SERVPRO of Greensboro North, Burlington, Kernersville, Winston Salem North, Lexington/Thomasville, Salisbury, Kannapolis/China Grove, and Concord. Originally starting out with one franchise when they moved to Greensboro in 1999, they have now grown to one of the largest territories in North Carolina.
Originally from Columbus, Georgia, Britt now resides with Stacy and their two kids in McLeansville, NC. Britt has always been in the restoration industry, working as a production manager for SERVPRO when he was 19. He has now been an owner for 26 years! He is certified through SERVPRO for Crew Management, Fire Restoration, and Water Restoration. Britt is also certified through IICRC for Water Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, and an Applied Microbial Remediation Technician.
Mike Gosnell
Mike is our Chief Operating Officer, with over 15 years in restoration and construction.
Brian Carlson
Brian is our Director of Training & Development, with previous experience as a SERVPRO owner, he ensures all of our staff receive proper restoration training!
Clayton Philbrick
Clayton is our Restoration Manager for the Kernersville, Greensboro, and Burlington office!
Jason Weaver
Jason has been with SERVPRO as restoration supervisor since 2020 and has a plethora of knowledge when it comes to mitigation and remediation. He is IICRC certified in several areas including water mitigation and biohazard cleanup.
Fernando Garay
Fernando is one of our restoration supervisors since 2022 and is all the way from Honduras! Fern is our super-cleaner and excels at fire/smoke, mold, and biohazard cleanings.
Brandon Holyfield
Brandon has been with SERVPRO Team Holcomb as a restoration supervisor since 2023, but has over 10 years of restoration experience prior to joining our team. He brings a lot of knowledge to the team with IICRC certifications in water mitigation.

Sarah is our newest Business Development Representative! She comes to us with prior experiencing in restoration sales as well as a property management background. We are excited to have her!
Mike Lilly
Mike Lilly is one of our senior estimator's for SERVPRO Team Holcomb. He has been with SERVPRO for over 15 years, starting out as a technician. He has IICRC certifications in several areas of water damage restoration. In his current role, he scopes jobs and writes estimates for homeowners who are either self-pay or unsure about insurance coverage. He can write an estimate for just about any of our services including water, fire, smoke, mold, biohazard, general cleaning, nicotine cleaning, odor removal, and more.

Tim Coffey
Tim is our Director of Construction, he has extensive background in construction management, he now oversees the entire construction department for Team Holcomb!
Bobby Sluder
Bobby is our Project Manager for construction jobs, ensuring our customer's get their home put back together like it never even happened!
Isaac Perez
Isaac is our Repair Estimator, providing estimates to homeowners and insurance adjusters for the reconstruction phase and ensures homeowners get coverage to have their home's put back.
