James Otterberg
James is our General manager and owns SERVPRO of Greensboro West that operates in the Guilford County, NC area. Providing both residential and commercial property owners with various water, fire and mold mitigation restoration and construction services. James is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration. James is also certified in EPA lead paint renovation.
Terri Smith
Terri our office manager handles the administrative duties of our business. She can also be seen on a job site as she is also Water Damage Remediation Certified. She is the glue that holds us all together. Terri has been with SERVPRO since May of 2013.
Morgan Dial
Morgan is our Office Assistant. She has been with the company since 2020. she enjoys helping customers through stressful situations. She says she loves working here because our entire team is wonderful and a joy to work with.
William Delgado
William is our Lead Technician. He leads Water Restoration Technicians as they mitigate and restore your home or business using IICRC standards and state of the art equipment. He's been with SERVPRO for 5 years. "It's been a great experience helping people when they need help with their home or business. I love to hear homeowners tell us how grateful they are when we guide them through a disaster in their home. I appreciate our crew and we have the best boss anyone can work for."
DJ Beverly
DJ is our Lead Technician. DJ has been a crew member with SERVPRO since of 2016. He enjoys the hands-on work and helping customers navigate through the mitigation and restoration process. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf.
Spencer Logan
Spencer is one of SERVPRO of Greensboro West's Technician Assistants. He has been a part of the SERVPRO family since 2022. He enjoys the hands-on work we do at SERVPRO and the companies' work environment.
JC Sorrells
JC is one of our Assistant Technicians. He has been with SERVPRO for 2 years. He enjoys working with our crew and he says the best part of being here is our boss. He's simply the best.
Leanne Ingram
Leanne is the Sales and Marketing Manager of Greensboro West. She enjoys meeting new people and helping where is needed. She is a wife and mom of 2 beautiful daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family at the beach.
