Britt and Stacy Holcomb are the franchise owners of SERVPRO of Greensboro North, Burlington, Kernersville, Winston Salem North, Lexington/Thomasville, Salisbury, Kannapolis/China Grove, and Concord. Originally starting out with one franchise when they moved to Greensboro in 1999, they have now grown to one of the largest territories in North Carolina.

Originally from Columbus, Georgia, Britt now resides with Stacy and their two kids in McLeansville, NC. Britt has always been in the restoration industry, working as a production manager for SERVPRO when he was 19. He has now been an owner for 26 years! He is certified through SERVPRO for Crew Management, Fire Restoration, and Water Restoration. Britt is also certified through IICRC for Water Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, and an Applied Microbial Remediation Technician.

Mike Gosnell is our Chief Operating Officer. Mike has been with SERVPRO Team Holcomb since 2022, but has almost 20 years of experience with SERVPRO franchises and construction work. He helps to operate all three of our branches between Greensboro, Winston, and Concord to ensure smooth operations day-to-day.

Brian is our newly appointed Director of Training and Development. He has recently merged with Team Holcomb as a previous SERPVOR franchise owner himself, with over 15 years of experience. His goal is to further develop our training program so that we can have the absolute best technicians in the industry!

Clayton is our Mitigation Manager for our Greensboro location and has been with SERVPRO for almost 7 years now and most recently got IICRC certified for mold remediation.

Jason has been with SERVPRO as restoration supervisor since 2020 and has a plethora of knowledge when it comes to mitigation and remediation. He is IICRC certified in several areas including water mitigation and biohazard cleanup.

Brandon has been with SERVPRO Team Holcomb as a restoration supervisor since 2023, but has over 10 years of restoration experience prior to joining our team. He brings a lot of knowledge to the team with IICRC certifications in water mitigation.

Fernando is one of our restoration supervisors since 2022 and is all the way from Honduras! Fern is our super-cleaner and excels at fire/smoke, mold, and biohazard cleanings.

Kayle Smith is our Director of Administration. She has been with SERVPRO Team Holcomb since 2022 and is the lifeblood of the office! She runs day-to-day operations in the office and administrative side of things to ensure the homeowner gets the best service from the initial call up until billing.

Ms. Angela has been with Team Holcomb for 3 years now as our Operations Support Coordinator! She is the heart of the office as she communicates with homeowners daily with updates regarding their home and their claim. She truly makes everyone feel right at home here and treats our homeowners like family.

Harley is our lead intake meaning if you've ever called the office, you've most likely spoken with her! She has been a great addition to the team since starting in 2024 and continues to help customers with unexpected losses.

Savanna has been with SERVPRO Team Holcomb since 2022 as our Job File Coordinator. She ensures all of our jobs files are complete with the correct information for the insurance company. She also assists with day-to-day functions of the office by communicating with homeowners and adjusters as it relates to the job file.

Ms. Chelsea has been with us since mid-2024 and has started a new role at SERVPRO Team Holcomb as Accounts Receivable. Chelsea also has a background in account management and is super excited to be apart of a growing team!

Ashly is the Director of Sales and Marketing. She has been a part of SERVPRO since 2009.Originally from a small town in Virginia, but NC has been home for almost 20 years now

Sarah is our newest Business Development Representative! She comes to us with prior experiencing in restoration sales as well as a property management background. We are excited to have her!

Mike Lilly is one of our senior estimator's for SERVPRO Team Holcomb. He has been with SERVPRO for over 15 years, starting out as a technician. He has IICRC certifications in several areas of water damage restoration. In his current role, he scopes jobs and writes estimates for homeowners who are either self-pay or unsure about insurance coverage. He can write an estimate for just about any of our services including water, fire, smoke, mold, biohazard, general cleaning, nicotine cleaning, odor removal, and more.

Jordyn is our Marketing Support Coordinator and has been with SERVPRO Team Holcomb since 2023 shortly after she graduated from High Point University. She has a background in psychology, but currently works in the family business doing all things related to sales and web marketing.

Tim is our Construction Director and has been with SERVPRO Team Holcomb for several years now, but has a long resume of construction management experience.

Bobby is our Project Manager for our Greensboro office and has years of construction experience under his belt!

Isaac Perez is our construction estimator and has been with SERVPRO Team Holcomb since 2023, but has extensive knowledge from working previously at SERVPRO in Arizona for many years. He provides reconstruction estimates to homeowners after they have undergone mitigation and demo and works diligently with insurance in order to get everything approved in order for the homeowner to get their home back to pre-damage condition.
