Estimator- Originally from Long Island, NY, Dominic recently joined our team. He has over 20 years of experience in the restoration industry and has just about seen everything. outside of work, he loves fishing, bowling, and playing cards.

Crew Chief- Originally from Hilton Head, SC, Scott comes to us with over 10 years in the restoration business. Scott takes pride in his communication with homeowners. He enjoys playing with his dogs, sports, and fishing in his spare time.

Crew Chief- Jared is IICRC Water certified and he strives to make sure each and every customer is extremely satisfied. He has also completed our Employee Certification Training Program, ECTP. Jared has been a SERVPRO team member since 2019.

Restoration Manager - He has over 18 years of experience in our industry and has been with us since 2013. Tommy is a Licensed Adjuster, the liaison with the many insurance companies we deal with for cleanup and repairs. He is IICRC water and ASD certified. Tommy is also certified in Lead-based paint activities and renovations--RRRP.

Technician- Dakota is a native to North Carolina and has spent the past 4 years serving our country as an Infantryman in the US Army. He likes learning new things and is ready to learn and grow with SERVPRO. We are excited to have him on our Team and look forward to our continued growth.

Project Manager- David moved to Leland from Long Island, NY. He has 30 years of experience in the construction industry. David likes the outdoors and likes to cook in his free time.

Office Manager - She has been with us since 2012 and keeps the office moving at a perfect pace. Susan is focused to the needs of our customers and clients. She is well versed in two SERVPRO Corporate Proprietary software programs the Xactimate 27.5 and the Xactimate 28. Susan sets the tone for the communication between the entire staff. HR Manager- Kellie has many years of bookkeeping and administrative experience and enjoys keeping all the "behind the scenes" organized and balanced. Kellie has been with SERVPRO since 2017 and is a native to NC. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her kids and all of her critters, going to the beach, and helping others.

Sales and Marketing Representative- Originally hailing from Virginia, Tammy joined our team in 2022. Tammy is a hard worker with a creative mind that can problem-solve for her clients. When not working she enjoys spending time with family and friends and activities at the beach and on the water.

Job File Coordinator- Kelly Lake has been a part of the team since January of 2019 and has 6 years of SERVPRO experience. Her duties are being the liaison between mitigation and repairs and being the in-office point of contact for our customers throughout the Repair portion of the job. Kelly's favorite part of her job is helping the clients through the process."

Job File Coordinator- Sabrina is originally from Hamlet, NC and now residing in Wilmington. A quick worker who is great with customers, we are lucky to have Sabrina on our team. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, crochet, and sewing.

Technician- Haleigh is originally, from Monroe, NC and currently living in Supply, NC. She is new to the restoration industry and eager to learn. She enjoys art, drawing, and going to the beach in her free time. We are excited to have her on our SERVPRO team.

Accounts Receivable- Sarai is from Harkers Island, NC; currently living in Wilmington, NC. She enjoys tennis, baking, and hiking in her free time. Sarai is new to the restoration industry but has years of accounting experience.

Technician- Justin is from California; currently living in Leland. Justin has worked in the restoration industry for over 5 years. He enjoys DJing, hiking & traveling to new places in his free time. We are excited to have him on our SERVPRO team.

Technician- Camden is originally from NY, currently living in Calabash. Camden has been in the restoration industry for about 6 months. He enjoys playing basketball, watching movies and hanging out with friends during his free time.

Technician - He likes fishing and going to the beach with his kids during his free time. Dakota has been working in maintenance for over 10 years.

Job File Coordinator - Elena likes movies, cleaning, and spending time with family and her dog when she can. She has been working in customer service for many years and is excited to start her Journey with SERVPRO!

Production Manager - He likes riding motorcycles, gardening, and doing work around the house during his free time. John has been in the restoration industry for 6 years, managing for the past 2 years.

Receptionist/Office Admin - Meghan likes hiking, football, sewing and reading during her free time. She has been working as an admin in the construction industry for the past 4 years. We are excited to have her on the team.

Accounts Receivable - Jennifer recently moved to the area from New Jersey. NJ. She likes riding bicycles, watching football and going to the beach during her free time. Jennifer has been working in various admin roles over the last 10 years.

Technician - Enrique enjoys watching his daughter play softball, working on his home, and hanging with family during his free time. He has been working in the cleaning industry for since 2016.
