His efforts have also certified SERVPRO of Bath as a National Large Loss and Disaster Recovery Team, reflecting his commitment to excellence. John's personal passions include fast boats and cars, and most importantly, spending quality time with his family.

Cindy is a driving force behind SERVPRO of Bath, bringing her vast experience from 24 years as a Vice President and Luxury Home Builder at Baldwin Homes Inc. to her role as the franchise owner. She's a true testament to hard work and perseverance, having transformed her skills into success in the restoration industry. Her commitment to customer service and strong listening skills set a high standard for her team. In her life outside work, Cindy finds joy in the great outdoors, whether it's hiking, biking, or just soaking in nature. Her heart for her community shines through her active involvement in local service and volunteering efforts.

Introducing Dana Brooks, our esteemed Large Loss Manager at SERVPRO of Bath. Since joining us in April 2016, Dana has been instrumental in steering fire, mold, and water restoration projects to success. Her expertise in organizing high-performing teams and ensuring top-notch customer service has been pivotal in creating a productive and positive work environment. Beyond her professional accolades, Dana's life is rich with passions. She loves event planning, floral decorating, and embarking on adventures as a mom to two sons. In her leisure time, Dana enjoys boating, fishing in the vast ocean, crafting new items from old treasures, and cherishing moments of laughter with family and friends.

Since 2018, Mason has quickly learned and helped with nearly all branches of our business. He currently resides as our Senior Estimator, overseeing all other mitigation estimates in our territories. Born at Fort Bragg in Fayetteville, NC before moving to Louisiana, and then back to Washington, NC, Mason has traveled much in his years and loves it! As such, he enjoys the opportunities that come with his position to travel and estimate jobs. He attended early college and graduated from BCCC with two Associates degrees: one in Science, and one in Arts. Mason is also one of our most certified personnel, having a level 3 Xactimate certification, several IICRC certifications including Water Damage Restoration and Applied Microbial Remediation, as well as a host of OSHA certifications, like OSHA 10 & 30-hour training, Asbestos, Hazardous Labeling and more!

In that relatively short amount of time, he rapidly progressed through many forms of training and has risen to the position of Senior Production Technician.
