Mr. Putukian and his associate came out, evaluated the situation and went about drying and cleaning the home immediately. Having these professionals treat her home with such TLC kept her stress levels from further compromising her health. We had a severe water leak and Mr. Putukian was very helpful, explaining everything he was going to do. He resolved our problem in no time, everything was dried up, back to normal. We are very pleased with his work and responsiveness. We highly recommend him. Just like the SERVPRO ads say, “Like it never even happened.”

Our washing machine leaked through our second floor into our kitchen ceiling. SERVPRO removed the wet flooring and ceiling, dried the affected area and safely removed a bit of mold that grew on the internal ceiling beams. Steve and Meggan communicated with me throughout the process, were very professional, communicative, timely and effective. I would highly recommend this company for similar needs!

These guys/gals are great! I'm an Insurance Agent in Charlotte and send them any water damage claim that my insured's have! Every insured comes back ranting and raving about the job they do.
