Grant Roberts
Grant Roberts joined the SERVPRO of Desoto, Tate & Tunica Counties Marketing Team as a Marketing Representative in 2017. In January of 2018 Grant was promoted to Sales and Marketing Manager. In July of 2021 Grant was named General Manager. Grant is IICRC Certifified in Water Restoration. Grant is married to his wife Miranda and they have one child. In his spare time, Grant enjoys cooking and all sports.
Ron Smith
Ron is our Production Manager at SERVPRO of DeSoto, Tate & Tunica Counties and has been with us for 7 years. Ron is WRT and ASD certified. Ron is married with two step daughters and three grandchildren. He enjoys golf, music, walking, weight lifting, traveling, and writing!
Jennifer Reynolds
Jennifer Reynolds is the Office Manager of SERVPRO of Desoto, Tate & Tunica Counties. Jennifer joined our SERVPRO team in 2017 and is responsible for Financial Analysis & Reporting, Human Resource Management, and Compliance. Jennifer is IICRC certified in Water Restoration.
Cheryl Skeen
As the Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO of Desoto, Tate & Tunica Counties, Cheryl performs all job file coordinator tasks related to customer calls, job monitoring, tracking, coordination, and audits of jobs. Cheryl also performs general office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports. Cheryl is married with two children.
Teresa Bell
Teresa is a Production Technician and has been with SERVPRO of DeSoto, Tate, & Tunica Counties since 2015. As a production technician, she responds to service calls as needed, performs services as assigned, following SERVPRO®; production guidelines, communicates with crew chief to make sure all customer needs are met, and supports crew chief and other production personnel. She is available 24 hours a day for emergency services. Teresa has been married for 33 years, has two children, two cats, and loves to redo furniture pieces.
Greg Brawswell
Greg began in 2018 as a Production Technician for SERVPRO of Desoto, Tate, & Tunica Counties, shortly thereafter he was promoted to crew chief. As a crew chief, he responds to service calls as needed, performs services as assigned, following SERVPRO®; production guidelines, communicates with the production manager to make sure all customer needs are met, and supports other production personnel. He is available 24 hours a day for emergency services.
Nathan Henson
Nathan began at SERVPRO of DeSoto, Tate & Tunica Counties in 2019 as a Sales and Marketing Representative. When Nathan is not out scoping jobs and visiting people in the community he enjoys sporting events, hanging out with friends, taking his dog to the park and other outdoor activities.
CJ Bruce
CJ is a crew chief at SERVPRO of DeSoto, Tate and Tunica Counties. He is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration.
Ryan Ladner
Ryan is a sales and marketing representative for SERVPRO of DeSoto, Tate and Tunica Countes. He is an IICRC certified Water Restoration Technician. In his spare time he enjoys basketball, hiking, yoga, graphic design, drawing, comic-cons, and watching his favorite teams.

I can't say enough about SERVPRO of Desoto, Tate, & Tunica Counties!! They were amazing during our storm mishap. We lost power after the tree fell on our main power source to the house. SERVPRO had someone there to assess within the hour AND had us repaired and power within 24 hours!! GREAT JOB GUYS!
