Tracy Dannenmueller
Tracy has been with SERVPRO of Biloxi for several years. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Applied Structural Drying, and Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration.
Angie Carter
Angie is our trusted office manger, who keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes. She is a proud mother of 3 beautiful daughters, and grandmother to a beautiful granddaughter, and a handsome grandson. We feel proud just having her with us for the last two and a half years. When she’s not with us, rest assured she’s spending time with that family of hers.
Lacy Tisdale
Lacy is our receptionist and dispatcher. So if you give us a call, chances are you’re talking to Lacy. Good thing is she’s a people person and always eager to help. She’s newer to the team, but she jumped right in and started swimming. Lacy is a proud girl mom who is happy doing anything outside of work, as long as it’s with her daughter.
Courtney Todd
Courtney is a mother of 3 who comes to us from West Point, MS. She is one of our Sales and Marketing Reps. Courtney has a BS in Religion and Evangelism. She loves her faith and her family, and when she’s not busy with one of the many community services she participates in, you will find her with a good book in hand.
Tresa Baxter
Tresa is one of our Production Crew Chief’s. She has been with us for over a year now, and has quickly become a member of the family. While Tresa dreams of retiring young we hope to keep her on board for years to come. In the mean time, she will keep herself busy spending time with her four dogs.
Dustin Bain
Dustin is a crew chief with 4 years of restoration experience. He has been with us for 3 of those years.
Robert Kost
Robert has been with us for more than 5 years now. He manages our warehouse and vehicles, and makes sure everything is in tip top shape when it’s needed in the field. Robert is a native of Louisiana and a proud grandfather.
