Matt is our Operations and Production Manager. He has been with SERVPRO of St. Joseph for 19 years. Matt does an amazing job at managing the crew and keeping them all motivated. His certifications include IICRC, WRT, ECPT, HAZMAT, OSHA 10 and Construction Certification. He has also had training in water damage restoration, applied structural drying, applied microbial remediation, and is a commercial drying specialist. He is also certified in crew training, water, fire, carpet & upholstery, and contents management. He is quite an asset to our company!

Amber has been the Office Manager at SERVPRO of St. Joseph for 19 years. She is a real asset to our business. She overseas all office operations and handles the auditing, accounting, invoicing and collections. Her responsibilities in our office are endless, but she always has a smile on her face and a positive attitude. She is certified in crew training, water, fire, carpet & upholstery and contents management.

Barry has been with the SERVPRO Team in Production for 10 years. He is always the first to show up to any job and the last to leave! He is ECTP, HAZMAT, OSHA 10, & Construction, water, FRST, WRT and confined space certified. He also has training in water, fire, carpet & upholstery, contents management and crew training. We are very lucky to have an employee with such dedication.

Sean is a production technician on the SERVPRO Team. He has a lot to offer our team. Always smiling and willing to offer a hand. Sean is HAZMAT FRST, and WRT Certified. Looking forward to seeing him advance quickly!

Please welcome our newest addition to the SERVPRO of St. Joseph Team. Kraig is head of our Construction Department. Kraig has over 25 years of experience working in the construction industry. His knowledge and expertise is going to be a huge help to our current operation. Not to mention his easy going and friendly attitude. Please help us welcome Kraig to the Team! Kraig is WRT and Xactimate Certified.

Lucas joined our SERVPRO®; Team in December of 2021. We are very glad to have him as a new crew member. He brings a lot to the table with his skill and ability to pick things up quickly. He will go through all of the training needed to be able to run crews on his own. He is now WRT, ASD and FSRT Certified. We are glad to have Lucas on our team!

Aiden is a very motivated member of our team. He has been a nice addition to the SERVPRO of St. Joseph, Maryville group. He is WRT, FSRT and OCT certified. We are looking forward to many years of success with Aiden's help.

Allie is the friendly voice you hear on the phone when you call SERVPRO of St. Joseph, Maryville. Allie has been with us for almost a year. She has many responsibilities around the office. She schedules jobs, orders supplies, keeps up on updates from corporate, just to name a few items she takes care of around here. She does a great job keeping everyone in line!

Welcome Trisha to the SERVPRO Team! She is a huge asset to our company. Trisha is the Job File Coordinator. This is a very important process in the billing process. She has to go through every job with a fine tooth comb to make sure nobody missed anything. We appreciate her hard work and attention to detail. This helps everyone in our office. Max Has been working around the SERVPRO warehouse and property for a few years now. He has grown up in the business and is always happy to help out where he is needed. He cleans equipment, trucks, the warehouse and the property. We love that he will lend a hand or do whatever we ask with a smile! Thank you Max for all your hard work.

Steven is the newest member of our SERVPRO Production Team. However, he has been in the SERVPRO System for about 7 years. He moved here from the Northwest. Steven is a hard and dedicated worker that never seems to have a complaint. We are lucky to have him on our team.
