The night of our fire, I was told that my insurance had hired a restoration company for me to use. I was told they would take pictures of my unit and send them to the insurance company. So I started to gather what I wanted to save and put it aside. After multiple texts and calls, I was getting no response from the (original) company. After a couple weeks it became apparent that company would not help. So I called SERVPRO in a panic, explaining the situation, and they were very understanding and came out the next day.
