SERVPRO responded very promptly to our early morning emergency call. Outstanding crew and all the needed equipment. No question they saved ourselves and the insurer much time and aggregation. Thankful we contacted SERVPRO and met Benjie Poe, crew manager.
I had a pretty significant water leak in my basement and didn't even know where to start. A friend of mine recommended Megan and her team at SERVPRO. Before the appointment, I was worried about everything they could tell me, and would they say there was mold to make a buck, etc. Joe came and immediately identified some things just by the smell! They gave me a wealth of information while checking everything out, and we have a great plan of action to make sure my house doesn't become a moldy mess. I couldn't be happier with my choice to call them over some other companies that I have used in the past. I HIGHLY recommend this company, and I am pretty picky when it comes to contractors and services like this.
