Drew Call is the Operations Manager at SERVPRO. Drew has been with our team for over ten years! He started his career with SERVPRO of Jefferson City on 4/23/2007. He has completed the SERVPRO Certifications as well as the IICRC.
David Kirk
David Kirk is our franchise owner! David took over SERVPRO of Jefferson City on 12/15/2015, and has been doing an exceptional job building our business. David always makes sure jobs are running smoothly, so you often find him checking in on-site at our jobs!
Jim Fawcett
Jim Fawcett is the Repairs Project Manager at SERVPRO of Jefferson City. He has over 20 years of home repair experience with strong attention to detail and efficiency. Jim is an Owensville High School graduate and attended Linn Tech where he studied computer science. In his spare time, Jim enjoys fishing and restoring old barns. He and his wife, Betty, have been married for over 30 years and have 3 children and nine grandchildren. Jim knows how to get the job done!
Dale Jungmeyer
Dale Jungmeyer works with our repairs team. He began working with SERVPRO in April of 2020 and brings with him over thirty years of remodeling experience. Dale is a native of Russellville, Missouri. We are happy to have him along with his experience on our SERVPRO team.

Tabetha Farris! This gal did a fantastic and extremely professional job explaining the details of the restoration process to my clients. Her professionalism put my clients at ease during an incredibly stressful time. The home they were purchasing was vacant and within 3 days of closing a sizable water leak in the basement was discovered. She worked tirelessly communicating between both buyers, sellers and their agents with status updates. In the end, I believe it was Tabetha who kept the continued sale of the property together. Tabetha strengthened my opinion of SERVPRO and saved the sale of this home. She and SERVPRO are now primary contacts in my phone, and I have been bragging about her and the service she provided to my realtor colleagues ever since. Thank you!!

OUR HISTORY
In 2015, our owner, David Kirk, purchased the SERVPRO of Jefferson City Franchise. Prior to the purchase, David spent 27 years as a logistics manager in six different locations for Procter and Gamble, a global consumer goods company. When the opportunity became available to purchase the SERVPRO of Jefferson City Franchise, he saw it as a time to put together his own team, and utilize the knowledge he gained from his corporate experience, committing himself to bringing long-term success and dedication to the people we service today. When asked why he purchased a fire and water cleanup and restoration franchise, David shares the story of personally witnessing the cruel and devastating effects of water damage to his grandmother’s home by the flood waters of 1993 in Pennsylvania. The loss she experienced and the emotional toll it took on her had a profound impact on him which carries over to the compassion he has about the work his team performs for our customers in a time of need. His dad was his high school football coach and instilled in him the importance of teamwork as the critical cog to achieving success in personal as well as business endeavors.
