My wife and I recently had a house fire. It was recommended to us to use SERVPROs services to demo and clean the home foe reconstruction. These guys went above and beyond anything I expected. They were fast, clean, cautious and courteous. A few examples:
1. My insurance agent informed me that the ceiling in our garage would not need to be removed. My garage had two custom light fixtures in it that were pretty important to me. When I arrived the first day of demo, they were tearing the garage apart. When I approached one of the workers, he informed me that they had removed the chandeliers and placed them aside for me. He said they found that the garage ceiling has severe water damage and had to g. But, they didn't want to ruin my lights.
2. While cleaning out my little girl's room, they found roughly $25 and some change. The immediately called me and my wife and informed us. They dried out the money for us and set id aside for us to pick up.
God forbid you ever go through this experience, but if you are, use SERVPRO.
