The owner KJ called a couple days after the job was done just to make sure I had all questions answered and made sure I was completely satisfied. Job well done guys!

My basement flooded due to a back up in my sump pump. It was awful! KJ showed up in the middle of the night and literally saved me from freaking out. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing and what I need to do next. The next day more people showed up to start the drying process and save some of my valuables downstairs. I really appreciate the time and effort these guys took. I hope I never need them again but I know who to call if I do!

This is the second time I’ve used SERVPRO! And I’ve been so happy with their service! This time, with a major sewage mess in my crawl space that was stinking up my whole house, KJ arrived promptly with his crew, within hours of contacting them on the Friday night. They were polite and cheerful about their job (a very nasty job!!!), telling me to go relax while they took care of it.
